I've been in this much pain before. Usually it's from food poisoning. The sweat is unbearable so to cool of faster you take of the clothes and at that point, you're begging to vomit just so that the suffering will end. Always remember to not eat under cooked, or gone bad food people.

yes.... its HORRBILE, happened recently, vomitted two times, and always after the vomit it feels SO much better, i dont wanna go thru that ever again. its not just the stomach ache, but like the feeling of helplessness and anxiety you feel... man, i felt like if i get through that, that day, id be strong enough to go thru anything else. and yeah, it was raw paneer i had sure enough, always make sure your foods not spoiled and cook it thoroughly

I've had this toilet moment before once, because I ate too spicy. You might wonder how spicy something has to be for that and my answer is just: yes. I ate the spiciest curry sausage of berlin and as someone who likes putting a whole habanero with seeds in my food, I barely even finished it with a whole bottle of milk, while sweating like I'm having a 40C fever.
