The quality of Japanese-made products is good, but the working environment is poor and salaries are low. This is the reason why there are so many suicides in Japan. This is a promotion, not truth.

@@0tamae80 - that’s not true. The reason there are so many suicides in Japan is not because the working environment is bad. There’s many other factors that have to deal with society in general. The reason why these golf clubs from japan are so expensive is because of the meticulous hand craftsmanship. This factory could do a little more in terms of personal safety equipment, but that’s not a reason for suicide

1:56 the old CNC controller can't keep up with the amount of G1/linear movement lines, lol. At least that's what it seems like to me. Does it matter? Not really, they still get the job done.

パークゴルフってのを始めてしりましたゲートボールと普通のゴルフの中間くらいの感じなのかな？お手軽なゴルフって感じですが、クラブは手作りですごいですね

I saw another video on hand made Japanese broom costing 500 dollars. No wonder the golf clubs are also expensive. The CAD/CAM data creation is nonsense. Once designed, they won't be meddling with creating design every time . Regards

It is interesting to see that the guy that was demoing much of the video are not the people that actually do the work. His hands were shaky and awkward. When compared to the person that applied the decals whose movements were precise, efficient and smooth. I guess he must be the boss and did the work years ago, but now spends his time at the bar.

Someone forgot to tell Japanese that golf“woods” don’t need to be made with actual wood. They can be made with carbon fiber, titanium, etc.

Tldw Because Golfers are driven by fashion and prestige and thus will waste money on golf clubs when the problem is not their golf clubs, its that they are not good at golf.
