Off topic but I’m a Queenslander in Australia and I really would like to get a Newfoundlander but I’m kinda worried about it possibly overheating, is there anyway I can make a Newfoundlander more comfortable in a warmer climate or is it just downright impossible?

Ice cubes and air conditioning... it's the only way to keep your newfie comfortable over 80F/26C.

Respectfully..."Newfoundlander" would refer to an individual who resides in or is a citizen of the Canadian Province of Newfoundland. Keeping a Newf cool, if you don't live close to water that the dog can swim in, (why would anyone become a Newf owner who couldn't provide this and isn't that what they want to do all day every day!?) try a pool. Seriously, this is what the dogs are instinctively all about, right?...LET'EM SWIM, let the dog save someone from drowning... EEE GADS.
