Normals are the best! I feel it’s balanced pretty well and the gear fear is non existent which makes awesome gameplay imo. Anyways good to see you’re back Blinn, hopefully you have an awesome time this wipe!

because you main fighter and normals are balanced in fighters favour and fighter's counter wizards are trash in normals so that's why it's fun & profitable for you

i Largely agree with all of your points the biggest part for me is being able to make a few mistakes and its huge for new players. i hope wizard and rouge get some love though. I personaly want them to give rouge more tricks and traps instead of just being land mine or just poking and running away. it was really sad for me when smoke pot got limited to 3 charges as i felt smoke pot was a great tool to start off with for this idea for rouge

TOTALLY AGREE. the smoke pot had its issues, but was an interesting expansion of the rogue's toolkit. Kaltrops(sp?) too was a cool idea that I wish more people used. what do you main?

Hey Blinn, I haven't play this game in a while since the beta. I am having trouble in normal runs, I bring in Green gears and get destroyed by players with blue and purple gears ....any advice?

ahhh it sounds like you're hitting the 25+ gear score that puts you in the 'Mid-roller' normal lobby... here's a vid that describes how you can stay UNDER that 24 gear score to be matched with other players in Low-roller: kzbin.info/www/bejne/bYiUh5iFqLKjiJo good luck!!

i used to play HR until wipe 2, when quests were introduced me and my teammates just focused on grinding the quests which ended up taking most of the wipe to complete, by the end it was clear we had pretty much the same as we would have had in HR. Now i dont really have common teammates anymore so HR outside solo isnt even an option, and playing normals reminds me of the old days when the game wasnt so serious and meta chasing wasnt be all end all. i really enjoy being able to mess around with weird offmeta builds and just playing casually for fun in norms

Great to see you back and to have some quality content to watch again! Having said that, you could honestly put less effort in to your script and just upload straight gameplay (maybe with a fastforward through the down time) and I'm sure people would eat that right up. I know I would because you're basically the only person who showcases this playstyle so well and watching a skilled player is always great. looking forward to future uploads! :))))

thanks & interesting idea on uploading straight gameplay, but I'm worried about it feeling low effort :( always thought that mixing gameplay with commentary would make some kind of unique content, but you're right it does take days to compile.. and wish I had a script! haha just yappin

Fun fact: you can switch to main hand strikes after the first lantern shield attack, and still combo the second lantern shield attack after 1-2 strikes with the main hand.

@@YourBoyBlinn It was back in its prime days before cheaters ruined it, sword play was much like how the body movement works with the swings, surely there are some base siege videos around, I think it was the first survival pvp game to have trebuchets, conan exiles followed that I reckon, you also had torture devices and guillotines, ropes to drag people around. all the sorts of characters were playing, voip was all over. Nothing beats foxholes community, you would really be a great leader in that game, not many know how to operate under panic. Our clan also happened to be the largest Reign of King Australian clan at the time.
