I honestly don’t believe those stats even a little bit. Every married person I know (specifically women) are extremely depressed and unhappy with their lives while every single person I know has a thriving budding social life. I’ve also seen statistics stating single unmarried children women are the happiest of all demographics. So the math isn’t mathing here

Yeah I was surprised too but overall I've seen our married friends with a family of their own (especially women) as the happiest but I'm sure it depends on which type of friend circle you have and the couples in that circle
