Greetings from Canada 🇨🇦dr Ekberg! A question here - I can’t find a butter even grass feed without trans fat in-0.1, 0,2 or 0,3. And started asking my self if this trans fat is natural 1 which occurs sometimes in the animals or we are talking about the plasticky 1, manufacturing added? Thanks

What about meat I'm on the carnivore diet I eat a rib eye grass fed ,organic free range cage free eggs, real butter and sardines in water the meat has transfat is that fat in the meat bad for me?

Thank you, Dr. Sten! This is very helpful information. I am looking to keep my heart healthy 60+ years strong. I grew up on hotdogs and hamburgers, and they never seem to hurt me, but after being health conscious about my food intake for many years the thought of going back to eating hotdogs seems Like a poor decision! I’ll make it a couple times a year at the most!
@feliciavale4279 Жыл бұрын
Hotdogs and burgers aren't bad, so long as you stay away from the fast food versions. I always make my own burgers and buy a brand of hot dog that is 100% beef.

Hello Dr. Ekberg. I read sometimes that there are natural transfats in meat. Are these the same as artificial trans fats or is this a misleading clame?
@adamp95532 жыл бұрын
Unlike artificial trans fats, ruminant trans fats (rTFA) in meat are beneficial and reduce cardiovascular disease.
@hazeltate66143 жыл бұрын
Good to know so can avoid Good to understand why sick alot
@Aspersat8 ай бұрын
@dreckberg Transfats also occur naturally at about 2% in Animal Fat. Mainly from ruminant like Cows. And those Trasfats are as bad as artificial ones. So Butter has about 3% of trans fats .. Thats higher than Fully Hydrated Margerine.
