What I really mean is that if everyone really understood what's really and truly important in life is not money and that we need to think about the future generations, and as this video said, be grateful for what you already have. I don't mean to be exactly like him but follow a similar thinking line.

I'm not sure if you read all your comments but this has been the 15th video of yours I watched today after stumbling upon one randomly and loving the message you were trying to send so much. I've been in one of the worst times of my life currently, so broken by my own anxiety that it's hard to leave the house and spent three days not even sleeping. After watching and listening to the things you've had to say, I feel hope. Inspiration. Thank you for being brave enough to post your knowledge and feelings in this society we live in where you only get attention if you're half naked, rich, or posting mind numbing "songs" about racks on racks on racks or going up in clubs on Tuesdays repeating nonsense phrases on top of beats over and over. I've often felt alone, criticized, "crazy", for feeling some of the same things you talk about in your videos. Or knowing the truth about history - and this country, because I read and care, and having people calling me a "conspiracy theorist" or made me feel so embarrassed to the point I don't bother talking to anyone about any of it anymore. I've shared your same thoughts and knowledge on the education system for a while now, after doing my own research, actually looking into history, reading Thomas Sowell - and my reason for doing that was when my son began having issues in school, was being hurt, I noticed a change in his entire personality and how sad he was. At his school conference I found out from the teacher he had been actually leaving the class room to go sit in the bathroom and wouldn't come back for 45 minutes or more until the teacher had to send the principal to get him... And this had been happening for WEEKS and I was not once notified.. I talked to my son and found out that a boy in his class was actually hurting him, making fun of him, etc, so I had a meeting with the principal. I requested that my son possibly be switched to a different classroom, he stumbled on his words and said that basically they cannot do that. I left, so confused and so upset feeling like no one cared what was ruining my child's daily life and the way he felt. I decided not to send him to school. After 5 days the school called me, they said the district does not allow more than 5 absences - he had already missed one day previously while sick. So I explained why I hadn't sent him, the weekend passed, on Tuesday I received a letter from the school district stating that if my son accrues a certain number of absences they will actually take me to COURT and it can result in jail time for me. I was baffled. Being unable to "home school" him because I worked first shift. The person who had been watching him for me while he wasn't in school couldn't do it permanently or home school him for me either. So, I had to send him back to school, scared that if I didn't I could end up in court. This whole scenario led me to research the educational system. And I started talking to other people I knew about it, and they acted like I was insane. Like oh wait no education is so important, what, why wouldn't you want to send your child to school?! Everyone does it! It's necessary for this, this and this. I've watched the decline in my own child's entire personality and feelings happen. I've been told by a doctor he should be on medication because of what his teachers have said since that happened. I researched the medication they wanted to give him, and found it was a highly addictive drug and actually an amphetamine. I refused. The answers I got from people who are supposed to be paid to care about my child, like doctors and teachers/principals, was that switching his classroom would actually be more destructive to him and he needs to be on drugs. I can't afford a private school, which I felt would possibly be a slightly better option. 6 thousand dollars a year to attend. I've been forced to feel that there's nothing I can do. Seeing someone make a video about it and get the message out there and actually get views and "likes" when posting, is amazing. You're an incredible person all around and I know this comment is long but I just wanted to thank you. Thank you for hope. Thank you for being brave and thank you for sharing your knowledge, it will change my life. It already changed my day. :)

there are not many who realize everything that one perceives is absolute. the surface which you walk upon, the air you breathe, the sun that brings life.. the ability to see, think, hear, feel, taste, smell.... these are all totally miraculous. and i try to be grateful for every little thing... all the way down to the fibres that compose cardboard or the threads that make up a couch or chair. there is absolute beauty in every thing. its so widespread that many people fail to see any of it. we all get lost in our own mental games sometimes... but do not forget. what is beneath it all. -much love. 🌱

Gratitude is communion, which is Prayer. The universe is a creation of the Creator.
@paulwettstein3958 жыл бұрын
+McChulo and what exactly is the creator? Which version of it are you referring to? You don't need to be religious to be grateful.
@Bak3dB3an8 жыл бұрын
Paul Wettstein - You can be religiosly hateful. Religiousity just means to repeat something allot of times. Gratefulness is a gift that your Creator gives you. So if you recognize and speak with your creator who gave you vocal chords, then you're automatically religious?

I pray for others all the time. I am asking for God to help them. Please don't assume all prayer is self-centered. I pray for people I don't even know. All the time. I see little children at the store and ask for God to bless their lives. I pray for people I see posting on Facebook for prayer requests. People I don't know, who are in the same groups I am. I pray and than God for all my blessings. I pray telling God thanks for the beautiful sunset or the snow on the mountains I catch a glimpse of as I'm driving somewhere. I show gratitude and pray and I definitely do not think that gratitude is more important than prayer, ever!
