I thought they were just the same at everything but they got many different things such as: Lumine is actually the Offense whole Aether is the Defense. They both work together as Aether plays the Defensive role whole Lumine starts racking up damage. Lumine canonically has a higher DPS output than Aether.

Imagine this is the plot we get: Lumine talking the guy (forgot his name, so tell me in the reply), then Aether walks by visiting the place and notices and Lumine Also notices Aether as well. A few seconds would pass by, before Lumine would suddenly start running towards Aether, to which Aether freaks out and runs away, but Lumine does not give up and chases after her. After a few shenanigans of the chase, Lumine finally pins Aether in the corner before finally hugging him while crying and sobbing out loud: "IT'S BEEN 500 YEARS", meanwhile Aether was trying to figure out a way to explain the Abyss Order why he is now running late because he was found by his sister.
