When you see the Smart logo at Mercedes-Benz dealerships this relates to the car manufacturer Smart rather than it indicating a form of dealer group. Mercedes-Benz of Swindon is part of Sytner Group. For me the decoration in Mercedes-Benz dealers is looking dated and must be due a refresh shortly. The likes of Mercedes-Benz of West London also part of Sytner Group seen in an earlier video looks to be the newer corporate standard which is more appealing. An interesting question for a Mercedes-Benz dealer is over how the agency sales model is working for them? Drone seemed to confuse/concern. Part of the worry is likely that around the back is not presented to be on show so being a working area it is not as glitzy as out front. Much better overall impression at Swindon than some Mercedes-Benz that we have seen. Generally pleasant here however their group colleagues at West London produced a better presentation off the cuff. Thank you.

Your whole argument about "people might watch my video and go buy a car because of this interaction is pathetic". Firstly your audience isn't that massive. Secondly a person is drawn to price. Why would someone go to a dealership miles away or travel to another part of the country to purchase a car hundreds of pounds more because they seen some lispy maggot try and get a reaction from the dealership?

After sales and service and issues being fixed comes down to each individual dealer and their general attitude. The audience is big enough and with time each video will stack up more views. In one year each video will be 100k or more.
