What exactly do you mean by exit strategies? Do you have examples or references you could share?

Since no one has answered you after a year, I'll give it a stab. What are you going to want to do with the property after you've had it for 3 or 5 years? Are you going to keep it that long? Do you intend to fix up the property and flip it (Fix & Flip)? Are you going to hold on to the property for at least 5 years (Buy & Hold)? These are two examples of exit strategies. I just hope that after a year, it isn't too late.
