Should've been Shadow The Hedgehog vs Ryuko Matoi. Best matchup for both combatants (Ryuko is VERY close to being a complete Shadow expy and her story has VERY notable similarities to Shadow's) and it's not a spite match for either. (Though Ryuko eventually does lose to Super Shadow). And yes, it is a good enough matchup that it WOULD excuse Shadow appearing a third time.

What they said was that Bruce has more liquid money than T'Challa. What that means is that he has more that he can readily spend. While T'Challa has more overall value, it's tied up in his country, his palace and most notably, his vibranium vault. He could buyout all of Wayne Tech without a second thought, but it would require him to sell off some of his vibranium, which he would never do.

Honestly tho the deciding factor to me is that Black Panther would NOT think twice about putting a dagger straight thru Bruce’s chest. This got me thinking, what if people start figuring out Barry Allen is the Flash. His recent murder trial on the CW show would draw a lot of attention to him. People on the internet might start looking into his history. By now people have probably linked the particle accelerator explosion to all the metahumans. The explosion that happened the same night Barry was struck by lightning and fell into a comma for six months. If they can find that out they could link his recovery to around the time rumors of the Flash started to surface. There was also the man who attacked Henry Allen in prison. Soon he was found just outside the prison claiming the Flash broke him out. Still I'm not to sure how well known that event was. The trail brought up Barry's sudden and unauthorized sabbatical. People might have noticed that while Barry was out of town the Flash wasn't seen. Kid Flash instead protected the city until the Flash's return with coincide with Barry's return. During the trial Barry suddenly stepped out, which people could soon connect Fallout's attack on the city, which the Flash stopped. Now that Barry is in prison it seems most likely that the Flash won't be seen at all again. Sooner or later someone on the internet will connect the dots. It's not that hard when you have a bunch of people looking.

Batman Vs Panther is going to be a long and difficult battle, no matter who wins. But the biggest battle is going to be between the fans. Everyone loves to make the jokes about how Batman's fans are the worst, but most of them only do it as a joke these days. Just the idea of "Who would win? Batman or Galactus? The answer is Batman, because he's Batman" is hysterical. But in all the forums, websites, and on all the cons I've been to, no single fanbase has been more obnoxious, in your face, and putting their character to a ridiculous level, than Black Panther's fanboys. If he loses this battle, I guarantee that they are the kind of people who would go to Screw Attack's headquarters, brutally murder the writers and animators, kill Ben and Chad's families in front of them, force them to make a retraction video, then lynch them in the street. Yeah, that's how bad I've seen them act. It's sad and disgusting, especially when they claim that they hate Batman for having bad fans.
