Exactly what I needed to hear. I’ve become comfortable with my own company for a few years now. So much so that I consider myself my own best friend. It’s definitely a lonely journey and recently I have been feeling like I wish I had someone to share my time with, but you hit the nail on the head when you emphasized how lucky we are to have this much time to dedicate to bettering ourselves. I’m on day 21 of getting my 10k steps in, and my focus on keeping that streak up has only helped me every day in many aspects of my life for the most part. I’m working on bettering myself mentally, emotionally, and physically and this video was the second wind I needed to get outta this little mental rut I was in. Sorry for my rambling. Thank you for the video bro.

What he is essentially saying is quit trying to care or measure value based on the market, because your real, true value isn't something the market gives you, its not something the market decides for you, because the market can't accurately measure that. Its something you discover yourself. It's the fruits of your journey and what you learn. If all you ever measure is sex value that's all you'll ever care about and all you're ever gonna be. We as humans are far more than sex, and understanding that is a very liberating realization.
