While I think that sometimes animated avatars can be a bit awkward and cringe, I think that this one works pretty well. Your character model is simple enough that none of the lip movements look too weird, and I think that it works with the general chill and fun vibe your videos have compared to other more serious and sometimes even toxic (you know the ones) powerscalers. So yeah, I dig it!

We can see Kenjaku both take damage from it, and react to it- in some orderly fashion. Which can be highballed to relativistic reactions? And anywhere from Multi-Continental to Large Planet, if you high ball him.

Yeah. I think until we get more info on 20F Sukuna & The Death Devil from CSM. Luffy just sort of thrashes the whole Dark Trio team, with his speed- And at absolute worst- has similar AP. With it being WAY more likely, that Luffy has substantially better AP than the Dark Trio. Meaning a Blitz + One shot. It’s also a little weird to even debate it? Since Sukuna’s oneshot domain is only 200 Meters. Which? Is just definitively smaller than Luffy’s Bajrang Gun. So in all reality? He probably just whips out Bajrang Gun, with FTL+ speed scaling & Future Sight. Then just nukes the whole opponent team before they can do anything. With Sukuna’s Domain being their literal only win con- if Luffy (who can see the future) just? Like? Decides to stand around, and do nothing. So yeah, Luffy is being at least a little downplayed in the comments I think.

except when ya remember that like ichigo casually is able to break space and due to bleach power negation of people not in ya tier would casually laugh off all their attacks even without that feat. Luffy is the only one that would honestly lose in this fight cause if he cant get outside of sukuna domain with future sight he will die to it. This is sort of weird? Because Kenjaku was able to combat/resist a nerfed version of the Black Hole (which did canonically have it's output stated at Planet Level, on Panel) So? I mean, I don't necessarily agree with the line of scaling yet? But if Gege Akutami gives us more Planet level showings soon? This is debatable of course, but if you’re curious. Then Luffy has shown the ability to completely clear his brain of thoughts (as well as see the future) so he’d probably handle it better than most. Where as Naruto has Kurama who could take over (if we assume it doesn’t effect both) and Ichigo might pull the same thing, but with White. But they all could of course escape, avoid, or straight up break the domain’s barrier as well if you don’t grant them those options above.

Officially if Yuji scales to Sukuna more recently confirming that's true. Then he actually should be country level because Kenjaku stated Special Grade cursed spirits can wipe out nations. Obviously Special Grade sorcerers can easily do the same. As for Denji, the more people afraid of him. The more powerful he will become it's not necessary a factor to count on in a fight. Even limiting Naruto to Naruto manga, he's still powerful. I do agree the Big 3 could easily win this fight. Just one can solo the Dark Trio with little to no effort. Hell we could go a little further to include Asa whose possessed by the War Devil aka Yoru. Although, her power increase a more relatable fear is trickier to show up. After all, a war or two with billions of people afraid. Her power increase should be more likely than Denji since the fear he represents is chainsaw. A major difference in scaring people from something that's mostly accidental to a major crisis. I don't think her powers would help very much either. The Big 3 has several major advantages making just fighting one of them very difficult. All three of them have a notably higher potential than the rest of the characters. Luffy has the most ridiculous power in either trio. This is excluding the last Naruto movie involving the moon as well as Boruto sequel manga series.

I don't agree with the "dark trio" repurposing the genre. They're just seinen but unlike "D gray man", shounen jump isn't trying to restrict them from writing how they want to. Which still upsets me tbh, D gray man did not deserve the fallout it had leading to such a hiatus because "too dark for shounen" when boys were also reading seinen at the time like vagabond, berserk, kingdom, and vinland saga. Shonen Jump doesn’t necessarily restrict someone from writing a story. However, due to often times intrusive editors, and age restrictions on certain series in earlier years. It gave Jump Magazine a small problem, about making their series more child friendly than necessary. I personally think a series like D. Gray Man had to walk. So groups like the Dark Trio could run. They’re not QUITE as dark as a Seinen (featuring more magic, and general Shonen tropes) but no where near as fantastical and childish as older Jump Manga. It’s like the gap between PG & R rated films in the west. And TBH, if D. Gray Man had a comeback like HxH did with its anime adaption? And it changed some things for a darker storyline. I bet it would blow up alongside the Dark Trio nowadays Lol.

I’ve thought about doing a video on a “New Gen Big 3” before. But no one really seems to take the title definitively enough. Deku, Asta, Meliodas, Saitama, Boruto, shinra, and Itadori- are all names thrown up in the competition. But? Just in case you’re curious. That hypothetical team slams the Big 3. Boruto > Naruto (basically by the series admission) Saitama > Ichigo (by most metrics I can think of) and? Luffy >= Sukuna. So? Seems pretty clear cut to me, that new gen team should probably win.

This Is a very accurate comment. My least favorite of the big 3 is Bleach. Almost entirely due to the whacky, nonsensical power-ups these characters get. And Chainsaw Man is probably my favorite new gen. So absolutely no shade toward these series on my end. I wouldn’t make videos on them, if I didn’t think they all had peak Shonen qualities.

I love One Piece (easy top 5 of all time) and I don’t really like Boruto- for the exact reason you mention here. One Piece is an absolute slow burn, that gives its characters logical power ups- when the time is right- that rarely? (If ever) break the story in any way. But Boruto on the other hand is bad (IMO) for all the unreasonable, out of no where power creep that exists in the story. As for JoJo? I know it’s a hot take- but I’m not really a big fan of it either. HOWEVER I will also say- that JoJo characters are not that OP. Hax? Yes. They have very unique powers- and abilities. But not necessarily OP when 99% of the cast could still lose a fight to a regular human (assuming they opt not to use their stand) The Universe reset in JoJo, is also more of a plot device (as opposed to a power a character can just- spam.) So while yes, OP characters can have good stories. The more grounded/human aspects you can add into the series, the more people typically can relate. And this includes/extends to, letting your characters be harmed like humans (to make them more relatable)

I enjoyed this video and would like to see how Ichigo would fair against the cast of JJK. Personally I think he easily wipes but my arguments for it is weak admittedly. I'd love to see what you think. I think due to Ichigo having the abilities of Hollows, Quincy and Shinigami, he'd be too fast, too strong and would negate the durability of all the characters, since his Zanpakuto would cut their souls. There's also the argument that he could just soul crush them but that's no fun. I dunno, my argument could use work but I'd like to hear what others might think. Great video btw!

Ichigo 2v1'd Yhwach with Aizen this same Yhwach can grab futures and merge universes (or planets depending on the scaling you like, universe scaling is more concrete ever since Shutaras bankai), this same Yhwach can choose which futures he likes more, and yet this very same Yhwach said Ichigo's bankai was too broken to exist after he was killed by it and destroyed it so that Ichigo couldn't use it again, mind you Aizen was in the mix and big bro wasn't even worried about Kyoka Suigetsu. Ichigo himself solos everyone Naruto and Luffy included, throw those two over to Ichigo's side and my boys Yuji and Denji sadly get conceptually deleted by the big 3 just standing there, no matter how immortal, idk abt Gabimaru but I'm assuming the same things applies to him. Anyway good video, Not to be a jerk but I personally think you should stray away from pixel scaling it is very unreliable and leads to the inflating/deflating of feats, otherwise I love your calm video style it's great!

The Dark Trio is very similar to the Big 3, in the sense that it’s a pre-established well defined group of heroes. Sure they would have a better chance, if you used the most popular. But at that rate? They’d just be shifting characters every few years. It would sort of be like replacing Naruto, or Ichigo with Goku or Saitama, if that makes any sense. But yeah, Asta would make this fight- marginally closer.

I haven’t had a lot of time to check it out. But the biggest thing I see, that I disagree with. Is their use of fan calcs for the size of the OP world. Which is used for 5-C WB calc (which? Is honestly not that big of a deal, he was already high 6-A, so I’m mostly okay with that.) But? The low 5-B Luffy decompression calc, is just incorrect, and pretty much an outlier by all standards. (calculated through using real world Relativistic physics, combined with calc stacking- via measuring the speed- density- and size- of a fist that is largely inconsistent/unscalable) I’m more okay with the 6-A calc for compressed version though. Since while the math is equally as shaky, both the lore and actual effects on screen (kilometers of clouds splitting, volcanic eruptions stating, etc…) support the idea of a Multi-Continental Punch. But, EoS Naruto (at least as of right now) is at 5-B with SoSP- which is above their Low 5-B highball for Luffy. So yeah, don’t always agree with Vswiki. Even though they are a bit more conservative with their estimates than some. I’d personally say OP rn is High 6-A to potentially 5-C. With Imu, Gear 6 Luffy, and other future god tiers being 5-B or higher. (And if you’re curious, I think OG Kurama Sage mode is 6-A, and SoSP is 5-B+ is as well)

@@TUCKALMIGHTY funny enough I'm not a powerscaler i do know how to argue but have no clue how to calc or what calc stacking means, like no offense i got better shit to do than math on fiction. but i do agree op is currently as strong as eos naruto i still don't agree with their bleach scaling since they are ignoring alot of things and make far more assumptions about sizes in bleach than in OP since at least oda gives sizes and probably will reveal how big the planet is by the end of everything while kubo gives dumb time scaling. even though I'm not a scaler i do enjoy scaling videos but i would say I'm more so a narrative scaler than what these guys or yourself do. great video btw

Why you gotta do em like that? 😭 Great video as always though, and I agree with most of everything here. Fr tho, this is just unfair. Naruto and Ichigo stomp individually as you said. Naruto scales to/above the casually planetary Nine-Tails, moon creating Sage of Six Paths, planet destroying god trees, continent sized meteors, and solar system to potentially even universal sized dimension creation and destruction. Ichigo scales to the country vaporizing Espada, world sized Dangai shaking battles, country sized meteors, and even dimension shaking and merging which are the size of planets, solar systems, to even universes. Imo, they both blitz and one-shot everyone. Even Sukuna's World Cutting Slash... does nothing. Existence Cutting? Truth Seeking Orbs have EE. Spatial Cutting? TSO can delete entire space-times. Reality Cutting? TSO are comprised of Yin-Yang Chakra which can manipulate reality. Now, if I recall, a certain blond haired ninja kicked one of these away like a soccer ball... Ichigo is likely the same. Multiple attacks and Bleach are stated to warp space and erase things from existence, and Ichigo scales above these things. Howevere, I will give the Dark Trio something. If we completely disregard the fact that Sukuna wasn't even in Yuji's body, I do think that Gojo Fight Sukuna in Megumi's Body with the Ten Shadows and all of that would beat Current Luffy. I buy Planetary - Large Planetary/FTL JJK, and while I think that Peak Naruto and Peak Ichigo are far above that (I would say that Sukuna is more in the Late Akatsuki/Early - Mid War Arc, and more in the Captain/High Espada/Mid Sternritter Class), I don't think Luffy is quite there yet. I think it's a close fight that could go either way, but Imo Sukuna has higher AP (Planet - Large Planet vs Multi Continental to Small Planet - Planet) and enough hax to win. So in short. Peak Naruto >= Peak Ichigo >>> Current Sukuna >= Current Luffy >>> Yuuji >= Full Power Denji >>> Gabimaru Perhaps this will change in the future, with Yuji seemingly about to get a huge power up and higher tier scaling on the table for future CSM, but as of now the Dark Trio gets washed. Though an interesting video with these characters imo could be like Sukuna running an Akatsuki or Espada Gauntlet? That would honestly be heat 🔥

But that said, my only real disagreements are with Sukuna. Since I think his world slash would at least work on Naruto (mainly due to Kamui effecting Kaguya just fine) And- I’d say I slightly disagree with your ranking of power here with- Naruto >= Ichigo >>> Luffy = Sukuna >> Chainsaw Man > Yuji >>> Gabimaru While I’ve thought about doing a video on it- I think Sukuna being Multi-Continental to Planet is more fair, since (at least for now) JJK only has one (not even) Planet level feat- (since it was nerfed & an overtime effect) that still pretty much 100% would have killed Sukuna. @@TUCKALMIGHTY Fair, tho Kamui is special imo as it was able to not only warp away Truth Seeking Orbs (which space and have power-null) but even Kaguya's Portals, so imo they just have layered spatial hax therefor Sukuna's can't really scale to it. Sukuna vs Luffy is super close, and I agree that Luffy is faster. Sukuna has higher AP imo tho because the calc for the Black Hole is Planet - Large Planet, and a Peak Sukuna should scale above Yuki's max output. It's only one feat tho, so I understand not using it as 100% scaling proof or anything. This is just how I look at it lol. Luffy has Haki and G5 hax too, so it's really just a battle of Power, Stamina, and Reality Cleave vs Speed, Cartoon Physics, and Haki. But imo Sukuna just barely edges it out, and I mean just barely lol. As for Sukuna vs a villain group, imo he beats everyone in the Akatsuki expect for Orange Mask Obito and Itachi. He might have higher AP than them if you give him his highball stuff, but they are faster and either counter his hax or have their own instant win hax. Espada is similar, he beats most of them imo except for maybe like Barragan and maybe Ulquiorra due to range, speed, and hax. But I'd have to look into it more as Espada scaling is always a headache lol.

This is a pretty good take here. IMO? Luffy is Multi-Continental, with some really out there Small Planet calcs. But I do think he’ll probably reach those Planet level scales, by EOS with a future G6. Also? Somewhat agree. One Piece = Naruto > Bleach for me Bleach has highest general power level. Yeah? I mean, it depends on how you look at it. I mostly scale Luffy off of Old Beard’s feats/statements of shaking/threatening the entire One Piece world. As well as stuff like Chinjao splitting a continent clean in half (then getting one shot by Garp) So? If Chinjao (a mid tier) is continental? Then I’d probably lean towards Multi-Continental Luffy, but that’s just me. Always appreciate like minds though! OP is undoubtedly a heat series.

But even if not, it could be hyperbole from his admirators or enemies, or even if literal and somehow the voice of the author, a factor of his powers being directly related to tectonic movement. At the very least, we never see him "shaking the whole world", it's just something that it's said about him, and I don't even take it literally. About Chinjao, there's a few things: 1. He wasn't mid tier at the time of the feat, he was literally stated as one of the rivals of both Garp and Rogers. Luffy just fought him old and nerfed; 2. We know nothing about the size of the so-called "ice continent"; 3. We don't see it literally split in half, the fissure starts at the point of impact and stretches out of panel, but his objective was just to expose the cave below. It actually is clear the landmass is NOT fully split, or the ocean would rush in between. 4. Garp's training to face him in the battle he was defeated destroyed 8 mountains over a period of time, a much inferior feat if we take the "continent splitting" at face value. More than that, the environment changes caused in the fight between Akainu and Aokiji to the very tiny Punk Hazard (which could be crossed on foot in a day in very hard conditions) are treated as a monumental feat of power. That's why I say continental at best, if you can call the average island "continents", when they are mostly pretty small.

If you’ve only seen the anime, I completely understand this take. Because JJK Season 1 & 2 >>> CSM Season 1 & Hell’s Paradise season 1. However? The manga of Chainsaw Man, has so much more complexity than just “Dude wants in girls pants.” The deaths are tragic (easily the saddest in new gen IMO), The underlying theme of finding people to love you for yourself, and just the insane amount of development that goes on- over the course of the series. I haven’t finished Hell’s Paradise yet, but? CSM is definitely a fantastic series, with a lot of violence- and dark humor. Especially if you don’t mind to wait for the amazing Anime adaption to finish.

Purely subjective, if you've only seen the anime then I can understand liking jjk more than csm but having read and caught up on both manga I would definitely put csm way above jjk. Csm is easily a top 10 manga for me, while jjk ain't even a top 10 shonen manga for me but its really all preference at the end of the day.
