One of the solution Nikita di shared was "Audience supporting good movies" which can help them financially (as many great movies doesn't even recover their invested budget due to less marketing or awareness) and also to make the movie popular. Though in the world of social media half of the marketing of the film can be done by audiences itself (Eg The kashmir files). So I would like to say that we have great, master class actress and actors only thing is that they require a great story also in a film and audience support to those films.

Yes, but the Oscar movies sent in from India is under the nepotism takantless actors of Bollywood. That's why still now for Oscar only bollywood movies are sent nomination not any other industries like Tamil,Telugu, Kannada movies. Even if other languages movies other than bollywood are sent they aren't financially supported 😒 That's why bollywood sent "Gully Boy" movie for Oscar nominations when this movie was literally REMAKE from Hollywood movie " 8Mile". But same year movies like "Andhadhun" (Hindi), "Article 15"(Hindi), "Vada Chennai" (Tamil), "Kumbalangi Nights" (Malayalam) many more orginal movie and far better than overrated Gully Boy weren't choosed to send for Oscar nominations from India 😑😑

Satyajit Roy who was a famous bangla Film maker......he won the award for Pather Panchali movie..... there are two lead carecters.....one is Apu and his sister Durga.....now ham Durga ko main lead mein bol bhi sakte hai or nahi bhi bol sakte hai cause at the last unki death ho gayi thi.....WBBSE students will agree with me that we read it in class 9th.....so the moral of the story is yes we won a Oscar award....if you don't know then don't say anything 🙏

I hv watched pother Panchali many times even I’m Bengali too they are classic movies but only matured bengalies would understand it’s depth . If u talk about Satyajit Ray after his death he was awarded Oscar for his direction in every films . It’s not that pother Panchali won Oscar or apur songsar, he got award just for his direction . If a Tamil movie named Anjali was nominated for oscars then it would have definitely win the award as it was directed by a legendary director Mani Ratnam and its depth was not based in literature it’s depth was easily understandable but as u hv understood the government system who conduct this . In Anjali movie a 3 year old girl did acting and the director was very much appreciated for so much patience to direct that film .
