Exactly brother, too many people going on these super restrictive diets that allows them to eat nothing but some fruits and protein. The best way to loose fat is to stick to a diet that you can continue for the rest of your life. Even if you lose x kgs in keto diet, you're going to gain back those x kgs that you lost when you return to your normal diet. Keto diet cannot be followed for the rest of your life, focus on foods that you like to eat, eat lower than your body burns everyday and you will lose fat over the next 6-12 months. Fitness and healthy eating is a WAY OF LIVING, not something you do for a few years just to look good.

IKR ? I have done keto and it’s not a sustainable diet and we being Indians it’s even more difficult that’s why I switched low carb (I stayed under 100 gms) I eat home made food .. it’s better

Yes brother you are right, calories do matter as well as the quality of food ( clean or junk ) but what matters the most is 'GENETICS' and bodytype ( endo , ecto & meso ) in terms of gaining muscles & losing fat
@piyushb1433 жыл бұрын
No, genetics and your bodytype influences your tdee and bmr, but does not matter more than calorie. Whatever your bodytype and genetic is, you MUST BE under caloric deficit to lose fat. And vise versa.

Hey Sir, I have 2 questions, please please please help me with these. 1) while counting calories , it is easy to count calories of food with just one ingredient. For example if I wanna count calories of 1 medium sized apple, I’ll just google it and I’ll get the answer. But when it comes to real food like for example sambar, how do we calculate the calories? At my home sambar is made for all the family members+ it has veggies+ dal+ haldi n all, like how should we calculate the calories of food having more than one ingredient? 2) I have read that while we are on calorie deficit, our body focuses more on our vital organs , what I mean here is, if I am on calorie deficit, we are eating less than usual no, so, what ever nutrients we get from food at this time are mostly used by the vital organs of our body and hence we experience hair fall. Is this true? And if yes? What should I do to prevent hair loss while being on calorie deficit? I can afford only one protein ka dabba per month and I eat paneer and other vegetarian protein options too. So other than this, what could be done to prevent hair loss? I know they are too long questions , but I would really appreciate it if you could find some time and give me solutions to these. 🤍

Madam, you should use apps like healthyfyMe to calculate calorie of Indian food. And I think side effects happen because of going too low/eating less than your BMR for long time. Cutting few calories like 100-200 will not lead to side effects. If you generally eat 1600 calorie eat 1400-1500 to lose weight but not go too low. Cut another 200-300 calories with physical activity/exercise. It will create 500 calorie deficit daily. Eat healthy. Eat enough protein,fat, fiber and carb. Don't try to avoid any of them.

calories is not the epitome ,I lost 5 kgs and gained some muscles without counting calories the main motive is to be stronger fitter and healthier which can obviously be accomplished without counting calories 400 calorie cake and 400 calories of roti sabzi dal is not the same (p.s there was a time when i counted calories such that it negatively affected my mental health and thats why i stopped ) SO STOP COUNTING CALORIES LIKE GOSHHHH your a fitness influencer /nutritionist right?so spread the right message

Exactly, I also did same. Our food is much more than calories. We humans are also like other animals. No animals birds count calories. Just eat right food and it will do it's work. This So called nutritionist are misleading people.

This Indian fitness KZbinr means detox water, how to lose 10 kgs in 10 days and weight loss recipe..1200 calorie diet ( what the heck is 1200 calorie diet) Noone is talking about making good relation with food, having no food guilt, having no restriction,working hard towards goals like working out smartly, taking protein,carbs and nutrients,drinking water, taking enough sleep.. And loosing weight is biggest goal for them rather than being healthy and strong.. That's why they fail.... They aren't really educated (I'm not talking about degree)..

If u have guts then reply with logic. Are all calories same? Answer is no. If we apply your logic it's all the game of calories then we should focus on calories only and take our 2000 calories why care about food. Just eat 2000 calories even from just plain sugar. then can we survive. Bro use common sense it's food we eat which affects us not calories. I eat 3 times a day almost 20 rotis a day with desi ghee and then fruits then sabzi daal , according to your logic I should be overweight bcz I don't even go to gym and not even burning what am I eating. why my weight is 68kg(5.10) for 4,5 years. Why your calories counting logic is not affecting me? Stop misleading people brother.
@saruli31793 жыл бұрын
You are not overweight or gaining because you are eating enough to maintain your weight. Not more not less. Eating right is definitely good. But calorie also matters. Start eating 5 roti more for few month you will definitely gain weight if your activity level is same. Logic is good food/healthy food leads to satisfaction, you feel you have eaten enough and you get right nutrition. When you eat unhealthy junk you lose that satisfaction you want to eat more which leads to overeating because body is not getting enough nutrition and more calories leads to weight gain.
