Imagine if Rex and Cody had the willpower to resist Order 66, that will mean General Kenobi and Skywalker always will be remembered. We had something to remind us of Skywalker after 66 but everything that was important to Kenobi vanished. Lol

All clones had these weapons as secondary. The episode "rookies" proves it because hevy seemingly pulls one out of nowhere and Cody used one while taking back the outpost

Fair enough. It doesn’t correlate, but in the first Battlefront 2, the pistol was actually insane and when you got the upgraded version of it it was over for everyone. So yeah I understand Rex’s love for pistols.

Rex also modified them to fire higher powered rounds, but at the cost of how many rounds he could be fired from a single charge. The standard charge was 50 rounds.

ARCs never used the DC-17-M blasters. They where the weapons of Republic Commandos, as seen with Gregor and the Bad Batch. ARC troopers only used the DC-17 blaster pistols and the DC-15 series, like most of their brothers.
