@MajorMinor1970 You're funny. You think that you're being sarcastic. We REALLY HAVE BEEN spending the last 60 or so years trying to debunk what nature has been doing perfectly well for 300,000 years. This is applicable in many facets of society, particularly when it comes to the importance of men as fathers.

Fathers are fairly essential in helping their children acquire a sense of humor in the face of life's tragedies and traumas.
@garywilson79928 ай бұрын
Maybe you could’ve said it a little differently is all, like maybe help children acquire a solid foundation of faith, and dependence upon God, especially in times of life’s trial’s, tragedies, and death, or whenever life becomes difficult, and we need a sense of encouragement, hope and peace. A very real, all powerful and present help in times of trouble.

Over fifty years ago my teen siblings and I rolled our eyes when our hopelessly "square" mom predicted that "going all the way" before at least getting engaged would end badly even for boys and definitely for girls and that the then new fad for "No Fault" EZ divorce would be disastrous for children in particular. True on both counts.

Lol not really, of course there is a mother role and father role, but shes just saying stuff about oxytocin that isnt actually science. This woman is off her trolley, she also says in this podcast that christianity invented childhood

No, they don't. Studies show that high levels of oxytocin are found in all primary caregivers of children and affect them in roughly the same way. The differences are more likely to be individual or external.

I think that unless someone chooses to be some sort of woke indoctrinated fool, most of us inherently know that fathers are important in a child’s life, or rather they’re meant and supposed to be, but I think there’s plenty of better examples and evidence, than the supposedly chemical affects of oxytocin. But unfortunately there’s also plenty of absent fathers, and abusive fathers, where it might’ve been better if they were absent, because they seem to have done more harm than good, and evidently couldn’t produce any oxytocin.
@enterpassword33137 ай бұрын
Lol exactly, idk this woman got on the podcast, oxytocin has nothing to do with what she said, there is no evidence of her claim
