What saved me from tutorial hell is that I watched four tutorials and I decided to make a very unique MMORPG (yes, I failed miserably) using not very popular libraries. This scenario means no tutorials for you, documentations is your tutorial and when there is not documentation, the code is the documentation 🙂. The bottom line is: don't be afraid to fail. Many, many, very many times. Also, If you start to hate programming after two years of self-education, you may reconsider your career because when you finally get employed, you will probably get mountains of legacy code and very frustrating issues. I use to think i was lazy and negative about learning to code because i didnt know where to start after falling in the larning coding rabbit hole. I thought i was alone watching all of these "if i had to learn coding again" vids and feeling paralyzed at the starting point. Every vid had different ways to learn. Me being me, im thinking, if they brought it up, i might as well learn it, because theres a possibility a company is going to want me to learn this. Im glad im not alone. In fact, the thing i most love in Mosh courses is that all his courses have a nice structure and organization. There are lot of shunks of related topics ,and he has an especial hability of teaching a lot of concepts in short amount of time comparing to others yutubers that take a lot of time to teach useles stuff. On top of that, in fact as he always says ,he really teaches you what, how and why . I have learned python from his YTube channel and then I bought his html,css, react, react native,and django course and I have to say that the investment helped me a lot as a programmer ,I feel like my mind is way more open now than before when it comes to programing. But leaning never ends in programming this why I intend to buy his java course in order to understand the real OOP. I wish he could do a flutter course, that would be great❤

I prefer using Udemy. They update their courses and you dont stand the risk of learning stuff that is not relevant any more. I don't want access to allot off stuff. I don't have the time and capacity to try and know everything. I have a clear choice of courses I want to check.
