Hi lucy. Nice to havd u back. We spent 10 days in Mauritius in December. Weather was just perfect. The ocean was so warm. I couldn't get enough of the sea. Beautiful island with lovely scenery and good infrastructure

I can attest to how much preferable the weather is on Mauritius. Currently single digits fahrenheit in New England during the day and below Zero at night. I was there for 3 weeks this December. I actually met Lucy at the Kaz a Pain. Yes it is hot in December and January, but really not that hot. I did not need AC to sleep at night. But ofcourse I am used to Texas hellish heat. Everyone has to come visit at least once in their life. It is so freaking gorgeous. And do not miss the eastern side of the Island. For some reason tourists do not go there, but it is absolutely gorgeous.

I have just got back from the Seychelles another stunning paradise in the indian ocean. I did Mauritius last year and Seychelles this year. I am doing a tour of all the indian ocean islands now after years of traveling to the Caribbean. I might go for zanzibar or the Maldives next.

Great videos. Wondered why I wasn’t seeing them. Bucket list place. We are thinking visiting in July. Hopefully this year or next I would be hoping for some Wind and waves that time of year. I am an avid Wingfoiler and my lady is a foodie that isn’t a Watersports fanatic and not one that likes to sit on the beach by herself. So need to research a location and accommodation that would work for both us. Hope to see more of these and will go back to your older vids.

We are here right now til the 18th of March. Wow, it's fantastic so far! One question if you have time, it's about driving. The roads are quite narrow with no real places for people to walk. Is it best to pass them after an on coming car or try and go before? I don't want to scare anyone. Also, are there places you recommend for just nice walks? So far we've not seen sidewalks up here in Port Chambly. Thanks for posting! It sure is a stunning place!

The best hiking is in the black River gorges. Also try bras D’Eau and piton canot. Driving…..just take care as it’s a hazard here. Have fun 😉
