Looking at the comments I see for some reason everyone is agreeing with u, but I think u are completely wrong. As I mostly play valorant and cs I cant comment about siege (judging from the video its your main game and thats why u prob made this video) but talking about valo and cs the games are deff not dying. Your example about valorant adding a feature no one asked about was complete bs. The riffle bullet mag reduction prevented ppl from just constantly spamming smokes and walls and adding an agent that requires putting a whole mag to break the wall is valid, but the agent is not even played bro no one is playing deadlock cuz the agent is bad. Also talking about cs u said that csgo was relatively unchanged from the start but it actually had major changes and in the 2012-2013 era the game was even in a worse state than it was on cs2 launch so just give cs2 time valve are consistently bringing updates to the game and by the end of the year the game will feel good 100%. Talking about cheaters the 1st big wave of bans already happened, vac live is working - banning cheaters mid game and canceling the matches similarly to valo. In valorant I have over 2k matches and played against 5-6 cheaters where 3 of the games got canceled. Also talking about power creeping your arguments are again pretty bad :D. Yes valorant is adding new agents but they are legit dogshit at the launch last 3 agents they added were gekko deadlock and iso and they were underpowered af. Yes picking meta agents is still a thing but the fun part is almost all agents are good on a certain map no THE agent in the game is a must pick. This is just MY OPINION and maybe siege is dying and have multiple problems but valo and cs will just grow.

while i understand your opinion and i’m glad you shared it, i disagree. I have friends that we’re long term CS players and they said they’re not playing til CS2 is better. Tons of people are also leaving valorant at the moment. I know the point i brought up against valorant wasn’t amazing but i wasn’t saying that update is why the game is dying i was simply just using it to display the disconnect between developers and their communities. I am not implying the games are dead, it just seems every game is losing a lot of their core players. I also have played a lot of valorant. I’ve been immortal for ab 3 episodes i think

This is true but i manily play competitive games to learn and get better. I used to play valorant and there was a limit for me where i couldn’t learn and i couldn’t get better so i switched to siege and i love siege and im getting better and better and seeing improvement. Mabye valorant wasnt my style of competitive games
