Presence needs to feel good so that absence makes them feel the void. Creating space allows him to think about you and your role in his life. Men are natural born pursuers. When you give space from ego and pride, they can feel that the woman is still there. Which is not really giving space. Women need to feel connected to their partners. Men need testosterone, which comes from working for her. Estrogen and oxytocin are activated when they're not pursuing, and the woman is. My question is- if you’ve been talking for a couple of weeks, and he disappears for a day or two here and there, do you ignore it and act normal when he resurfaces?
