I love this channel. It is so mind boggling to me how different things are from place to place. I live in San Diego which has a massive housing shortage. The idea of so many houses sitting vacant is difficult to get my head around.

It’s definitely confusing to a lot of out of state / country investors but it’s one of the few areas with any affordable inventory so it’s getting a lot of interest from people it might not normally

It was in asbestos house and once there’s a fire, they have to tear it down because it contaminated and it’s putting it in the air

Interesting about the $1.00 house. The house next door is a nice looking house, could be, has potential, I like that style. Made it through the hurricane, we haven't had power since it hit, possibly next Tuesday. I lost a huge oak tree, it fell and took out the mulberry trees. Luckily it missed the house and shed. Was nice to see a video from you!
