Vegetables to snack on: What i eat is celery and carrot sticks with a light dressing on the side, also i have mixed nuts. But if i am really craving something sweet or salty, WATER, lots of water. and go for a walk. Love the vlog Lamarr!!

I snack on plain bread with coffee (so Filipino). I barely eat chips and drink soda lol. I never eat vegetables except this Filipino thing called "Ginisang Sayote" (idk if that counts as a vegetable because the thing has meat with the ingredients to make it). Thanks for making this daily vids Lamarr. Congrats on doing the 30 days of daily vlogging. Been watching every single one once it's on (even tho if you release the video on like 2-4 AM in my time lol) and surely you make the day a bit brighter than it already is and I think that's perfect lol.

Lamarr! For your throat eat bananas, honey, marsh mallow root products (not Jet Puffed, the real plant root), and Throat Coat tea (from Traditional Medicinals; you can get that at Vons or Ralphs). These will help a lot, but if you're in a pinch and need something last minute, grab some whiskey--particularly bourbon. The alcohol will help relax the vocal folds, while the phenolic compounds, or whiskey tannins, have tested antioxidant and anticancer qualities. Acidity can also contribute to throat irritation. Try adding lemon wedges to your water or tea. It sounds counter intuitive, but your body processes it into Alkaline. I've been dieting for the past two weeks and I changed from tea and coffee and now only have green tea which I'm told is good for you, I've felt more energetic and I also cut out white bread and went to wholemeal, seeing that you are trying to cut back as well Lamarr really encourages me to carry on whenever I get urges so I don't feel alone in this battle and also don't stop vlogging as it's pretty fun to watch and it takes you away from your unboxing videos so you have more of a variety. :) I found that snacking on things which are higher in carbohydrates fills you up and lasts longer whenever you get an urge to snack but I think everyone goes to snack instead of junk food would be fruit so you already are on good tracks. (We gotta come up with a name for us Lamar fans...) :P

My favorite daytime snacks are the 100 calorie fruit cups from DelMonte (my favs are the peaches, citrus salad, pink grapefruit and pears). My bedtime snack is 7 cookies (either lemon creme or chips ahoy) and 4 squares from a Hershey with Almond Big Bar. Every few days, I treat myself to a local favorite, Better Made Signature Buttered Popcorn (can quickly become an addiction, much better than microwave popcorn). Other favorite snacks include salted peanuts, sour patch kids, or Starburst Jelly Beans. If I'm feeling more hungry than snacky, nothing beats hard salami, spinach dip and pretzel chips.

For a decently healthy snack, mix basic salad toppings in a bowl (dressing, diced carrots, cheese, tuna, eggs, whatever...), and scoop it with the celery. It's like eating a salad stick. Also, regarding the melon... watermelon, honeydew, and cantaloupe... when they taste just right, they taste amazing. It's just hard to find them pre-cut that way. Also, I eat the celery in the same packaging. The best thing about celery is that it has "negative" calories because the average person burns more calories eating it than the amount of calories in it. I can relate to trying to eat healthy because I am about 315 pounds and I have recently started trying to lose weight. I take vitamins, drink water, and eat vegetables (from basically just fast foods, meats, candies, and sodas). After doing tons of research, I've learned that a truly healthy diet is a vegetarian one despite what many believe. So far, I haven't lost a lot of weight (about 10 pounds), but I have gone down a lot in size (my shirts that used to be tight are all now very baggy).

Just the fact that you are being cognizant of your food and liquid intake is outstanding. Just keep doing what you do and thanks for these awesome daily vlogs. My intake consist of mainly vegan substitutes (I.E. Gardein, Field Roast, Follow your Heart etc) for meat dairy and cheeses. I also found that buying bulk bags of frozen mixed fruits allows me to save time on breakfast and make smoothies. I mix them with veggies and a vegan protein powder with almond (unsweetened) milk. Using the vegan products is not so bad if you cut out all the jibber jabber and judging. My bp dropped and I don't have to worry about lactose. And I learned that if I do have some time in the am, I make 1 cup of oatmeal and mix it with some peanut butter and fruit. Either way, as long as you keep doing what you do and control your portion sizes then you'll be good to go. ..OH! and multivitamins! Gotta get your Hulk Hogan on and and "Take your vitamins brother!" lol

Fresh, vine ripened tomatoes with light grey Celtic sea salt and organic peppercorns. I put the salt and peppercorns in grinders. Much fresher tasting and aromatic. Tomatoes also have licopene, an antioxidant.

Hi Lamarr. I'm a new viewer. Your fun to watch. I'm an angelino too 🌴. At night I snack on fruit too after dinner for dessert. Organic Blueberries, blackberries and sometimes a banana. I put a few teaspoons of almond butter. I snack in raw organic almonds or cashews during the day. Maybe hummus and Vege's. oh and I got a 7+ too jet black. I like it. I like the louder speaker 🔊 speed and camera is better. I like the 56mm lens and looking forward to the next update for the depth of field boka thing. U should do a day in the life or lamarr and shorten it to 10 min.

I snack on a lot of things; mostly junk food while I'm playing Chess, and video games. Here is some of the stuff- Spicy Sweet Chili Doritos, Dark Chocolate Peanut M&Ms, Kit Kats, blocks of extra sharp cheddar cheese, and other things. The Cheese is the healthiest on that list. ☺ When I want to have healthier snacks, I eat carrots, and fruits. My favorite smoothie to make is a Strawberry Pineapple Smoothie. If that juice doesn't help out as much as you hope it does, try that smoothie. My favorite drinks are Pepsi, and Ice Tea.

I Love these daily, random videos 👍🏾 They sell those muffins (or similar) at Costco in sets of 12, seriously the best thing ever When I snack, I like to dip those lil tostitos into Salsa. Greek yogurt and granola. Fave is plain greek yogurt, honey, and banana. Or those quaker chocolate covered granola bars. I don't eat nearly enough fruits or veg but cannot always afford to get out to the supermarket so I have to just grab boxed food

I also have crazy eating schedule....but I usually wake up around 1pm (bad-habit ,I'm used to having that 2nd shift schedule ) (since I got laid-off)and eat cereal in a cup and that usually sustains me ....or eat bananas or trail mix ....but what I keep hearing is maintaining a calorie count the whole day , which might provide you a way to keep eating what you like and not depriving yourself of the foods enjoy ...and if you can control your intake of calories and have some sort of activities along the way you can then come up with a routine that can help,you balance your eating habits...but that's what I heard ...you can check out barnacules nerdgasm and who inspired him to maintain and understanding a better living habits..p.s. Whenever I snack on something, I try to make it healthy. (For the most part lol). Something I like are called Andy Capp's Hot Fries. If you like spicy food, I highly recommend them Lamarr! Hey, Lamar… sorry bother. But the possible bromelain in the juice won't help that much for sore throat, because the it is protease enzymes. Meaning: break apart protein and in your case isn't a good thing. And I said possible, 'cause the juice is pasteurized, the heat inactivated the enzyme. /o/

Love the daily videos lamar! If you have a toaster oven, I would recommend you make some kale chips. I found a recipe online, baked a bunch (1 lb bag of kale) and they were gone soo fast! I like to snack on tortilla chips too if I don't feel like making the kale chips.

I snack on raw almonds or a granola bar. But, I wanted to tell you that when you juice, you are getting mostly sugar without the fiber. If you make smoothies using the whole fruit/veggie, you get all the health benefits.

Bacon.... I eat about 13 pounds of bacon a day..... Just kidding - I usually eat a bagel in the morning with too much cream cheese and a turkey sandwich on a croissant or on a sub bun for lunch. I "snack" for dinner or have a a salad with chicken or salmon and have a pizza once a week. Once in a while (about once a week) I'll have fast food (chicken sandwich or a burger) for lunch. We've been trying not to eat out more than once a week too.

I try not to snack on anything, but if it so happens I can't take it, I'll eat like a handful of peanuts or almonds. Quite filling and really delicious. Various fruit cocktails are a good choice as well (my favourite as of late is apples, bananas, kiwis, cranberries mixed with soy milk and a little honey).

I like granola, if you can get signature select, they have the best granola! If you like lemon my fave granola bar is lemon so yummy! I also keep cashews or almonds in my car. My favorite vegetable to snack on is red, yellow or orange bell peppers (don't eat the seeds) and by the way Lamarr, good job! Only you know what's right for you!

Lamar, i've only started watching ur vids about 1 mth ago, but i am definitely becoming a fan. U're so damn funny and cute! My snack of choice is usually something salty and crunchy (chips), which i shouldn't be eating. :P

I'm trying not to snack as much as I used to, I just drink a ton of water. But when I do snack its usually popcorn or chips and recently hummus with pita bread.

I change my snacks everyday but for the week it's usually: mangos, grapes, strawberries, apples, cuties, muti grain crackers, granola. doritos, m&ms, and tootsie pops.

hey lamarr i would really recommend have smoothies over juices, they cost less to make, you don't loose any nutrition and they are more filling! plus popcorn is a great snack

Almonds and Dark chocolate a cacao of 90% I like the bitter with the almond. Cucumbers, Jicama, Cauliflower, Grape Tomato, Walnuts.

I'm really enjoying all the new content! I snack on nuts or granola, things like that. As forr veggies- carrots, broccoli, sweet peppers all that stuff is great! Keep it up! I'm trying to eat better too.

Lamar... Try Pop-Corn... make them yourself with corn oil and very little salt. By the way make your Hue lights go to 6000K of temperature while you make your videos so the camera won´t fight trying fuguring out what´s the correct white balance is and at the end is going warmer than it should

I tend to snack on a cheese stick and whatever sweets I have around. On rare occasions do I have toast with Vegemite on it. I definitely need to start eating healthy though. It's hard figuring out where and how to start when I'm such a terrible picky eater. I'm not a fan of green vegetables.
