I hope that you will listen most to the voices of women in the answers to your questions- men have a lot of ideas and opinions which, while totally fine, shouldn’t drive your response. Now- with that said- I am a woman who fishes saltwater and watch you only because I love your content but no plans to jump to bass fishing. What I’d like to see is you being true to yourself, worrying less about others’ and letting them down, and doing/showing your true life experience. I dislike that you feel like you have to respond to critics and critiques. My one and only goal I would want for you is to live and learn each day. Be happy and fulfilled and if you’re not that, then make a change. Best of luck, and I’m going to love your journey all the way!

I’ve fished for freshwater bass 30+ years with over 20 years of boating experience, I can assure you will be just fine. You’ll get the hang of it as time goes by. As long as you’re willing to learn and being able to take bad with the good, you’ll be alright. As for more women in this sport, the more the better. You asked what we would like to see content wise moving forward. I love seeing what’s behind the scenes. I like some transparency. I’m pretty sure you’re familiar with one Greg Blanchard. I love the way he incorporates his buddies in the videos. I like his AirBnB tours. It’s not always about the fishing. It’s about the journeys and laughs as well. Seeing what you did the other day at the boat ramp is real life stuff. A lot of us have gone through those boating mishaps even if we’re seasoned. So it’s relatable. I think your goal is to continue being the best person you can be in and out of the water. Do the right thing and the rest will follow. You have a great chance to cement your legacy as an ambassador of this sport for all upcoming and new anglers. Cheers.

I'm one of these women who own their own boat, I'm co angling my first couple years before I consider being captain. I don't have sponsors, so I am doing this on my own. Will I ever be as good as you or Stephanie? Most likely not. But I'm not doing kayak anymore, I'm doing local tourneys and even THAT'S a grind. You'll do awesome Kristine, you've got so much experience I can't see you not excelling. I'm proud of you on moving to boat. It's a different world piloting your own boat. Please take a safety course if you haven't yet. Cabelas, BP does it. It's worth it. It saved me on insurance by 15 or 20% with safeco, whom I use for insurance. I'd like to see how you've got things set up on your boat. I'd like to learn what tourneys you are planning to do. Hugs lady Also I've skunked my last two tourneys. So it's tough sometimes and it's hard. The guys do look down on us women if we don't catch. Men don't realize the pressure is women feel in this world. Goals for your Kristine : DON'T BE TOUGH ON YOU. I get the whole not wanting to let anyone down. Be easy on you and take your time. For weigh in, make sure you use G JUICE in the well. Keep fin clips on the boat to help too if they float upside down. You gotta just roll with the punches. I need to learn this one. It's hard af. The bass boat folks are way different than kayak folks... but you are known Kristine, . Just be gentle on you. You're learning and won't ever stop. 😊

As a more "seasoned" woman one thing I learned is once I stopped worrying about disappointing those whom I could never please & diverted that energy to my work while seeking advice from trusted family/friends & what God's plan was for me, I became a more confident, strong woman. Please never waste your energy worrying about disappointing "us" Kristine. You have accomplished a great deal & will do great in this new endeavor YOUR way.

Kristine, Take us along through the whole boat experience, It is gonna be fun to watch. I have had a bass boat for years, I still remember my first one, Loading, unloading, ramp and fishing etiquette, A few mistakes here and there, but now it is old hat, Just be mindful of your surroundings thing happen a lot faster in a bass boat than on a kayak, but you will do fine. Just be careful and fill that live well, See you on Chickamauga whenever you are down this way.

Be authentically YOU !! Continue to evolve into the greatest version of you -- max out You (ie, don't try to be better than anyone else, don't compare yourself to others, strive to get a bit better each day). I just got my first boat and started fishing last year (I am not young, I just never made the time to do it during a busy career) -- so my interest would be in watching/learning from you as you grow in to boat fishing (I have no intention of going into tournament fishing, yet I want to improve my fishing/boating skills). You are serving as a fantastic role model for all of the young girls/women out there (and for boys/men as well). Courage !!

Kristine- I know there are a bunch of comments with great recommendations for goals as you asked. First deep respect for what you are doing- keep being real! As the father of two grown daughters my military career and frequent travel prevented any serious fishing as they were growing up. I am taking a different approach with my grandkids. As able, I am exposing them to fishing and love of the outdoors. For the fall and Hartwell: work on boat handling skills and confidence. You have the fishing skill, just build ability to keep boat control. Second a limit each day is a notable achievement and worthy accomplishment. Proud of you and your focus on the important things (God first, family, country…fishing)

Kristine, don't worry about letting anyone down. You have your goal. Your fans absolutely understand the pressure you will be under. I personally, as a woman angler, totally support you. I would love to be able to just fish local tournaments and hope to next year. My husband and I just ordered the Ranger. Can't wait to get it. I grew up saltwater fishing. I have piloted everything from a 10 foot john boat to a 46 Hatteras. We have had a bass boat for 3 years and I'm still getting used to how to hit wakes, waves, etc and how much the wind affects the boat. Take your boat out as much as possible. Become one with your boat. Learn how she reacts to everything. That gives you the confidence to get where you need to go. Ok, enough bla bla bla....so out there girl! Do what Kristine does best!

Kristine, you being YOU is what we’re all here for! You’re so unbelievably real which is why I literally watched all your videos when I started hardcore fishing 1.5yr ago. It was so hard to find women who weren’t fishing in a swimsuit or 20yr old boys screaming LETS GO 😂 I went from 20+ yrs of being REALLLY sick with autoimmune issues etc. to now fishing 3 weeks out of every month from shore or kayak and starting my own YT with the encouragement of my husband and teenage son. It has given me the life I never knew I needed ❤ So THANK YOU for being yourself and showing us the good and the bad. I have learned so much from you, not just in your fishing skills, but how to navigate my way in a sport dominated by men. You will continue to inspire. They’re not Barbie poles that are pink and fall apart but real poles with open faced reels. I hold onto your videos and play them for my granddaughters. 1 is 3, 5 months, and 15 days old and my wife laughs at me because they’re so young but hey I’m taking them and I think it’s time for the sport to grow! I'm a paddling, female angler and so I'm a little sad to see you step into a bigger boat. However, you have to live your life and I'll keep living my paddling life. I'll still watch your videos and cheer your successes and commiserate through your struggles. The beauty of a small boat is that I get to fish water that bass boats can never reach. I don't fish water with concrete ramps. I do launch at a couple dirt ramps, but no bass boat could be launched at them. So, whereas I don't have FFS and a mighty motor, I reach bass the big boats can't reach. Anyway, I'm one of your fangirls, whether you're in a little boat or a big one, because we both love bass. And I'm glad you'll still be kayaking. I'm a canoeist today, but have kayaked literal thousands of miles in my paddling life.

This is national news. You are a hero. As for what to focus on, the more you show us how BASCAR works behind the scenes, the more fascinating it will be, for me at least.

I want you to treat the boat the same as you have been doing with your kayak. You are very transparent about every experience, rough and smooth alike, giving us the full picture of how it is to fish from a kayak. Fishing a boat is very different from fishing from a kayak, just as it is to fush from the shore. You know this from your life. I say this for two reasons: first is so that you know that I have reasonable expectations with you; secondly, so that other folks who take the time to read this can understand that each fishing platform is different, yes fishing is fishing, but presentation makes a huge difference and each platform presents differently. I think for the future female anglers, and yes us male anglers, it would be very hellful to see and hear of the different areas that all anglers have to deal with. We need to know that there is a lot to it besides buying tackle, boats and tow vehicles. There are many cost associated with each tournament. Every aspect of fishing. We would also do you a great amount of granting you respect by remembering that it's called fishing not catching. Catching is that seldom achieved result that comes from a tremendous amount of focus, effort, time and support. In between there is 100 times more fishing.

I’d love to see more videos on techniques. Not meaning like which baits your using but more so teaching these upcoming anglers how to skip, pitch, rig up their kayak, what to look for etc. just teaching period. Your videos are inspiring I love your passion and your ambition. Your motivation is contagious. Never stop the yak videos though lol

Just be you Twinkle Toes. I’ve been fishing out of a boat for 50 years. You’re not gonna have my hard earned knowledge in two years. The main thing is be careful a be safe. If in doubt, don’t!! Your fishing will be fine. And your frog and flipping hook sets will greatly improve in the boat over the kayak. Can’t wait to see your progress there. You’ll do fine with the knowledge you already have Kristine. Good luck and good catching 😁👍💯

You're doing exactly what you need to be doing! Showing the in's and out's of converting from kayak to boat. Let me tell you, you're doing it the right way. I'm going from 25 yrs of tourney fishing, to kayak. I've seen you set the hook, on a 6+ pounder, STANDING UP in kayak! You have the dexterity to control the trolling motor. Just lean slightly in the direction you have it pointed. The rest will come naturally. Looking forward to following your journey!

I’m a female and I have a skeeter bass boat and a kayak peddle drive rigged up with a torqeedo and my heart will always be with kayak fishing. However getting my boat was a huge thing for me. It’s always been a goal and I know NO other females that are in competitive fishing. I’d love to see it more. I love your videos and you inspire me.

I think it will be interesting to see how you approach practice on the boat side verses how we have seen you practice on the yak side. Personally, practicing and staying focused is the hardest thing for me. Following and wishing you well.

You had mentioned in your last video about trying to keep the trolling motor and livescope “together” for lack of a better word, while dealing with wind and whatnot. I would recommend getting in the boat with one of these young guns and get on the front deck and just watch and learn. It’s a lot harder than what most people think. Keep doing you and I’ll be along for the ride .

😂 dont worry about letting others down. We want to see real life! All the ups and downs. Safety, safety, safety first goal! Remember you will be in a high speed boat, traveling unfamilar waters. In my distant past, I've been in 2 different boats with men who lived on the lake and knew it well, but some how we ran up on sand bars. Please be careful. Your knowledge and techniques will bring in the fish, not worried about that. Practice getting familar with that boat, stay safe and have fun. You'll be the first athlete I'll follow in all sports. Gonna try to make it to Hartwell in Oct, since it is 2 hrs away. Looking forward to it!

Lots of folks have wishes, as the old saw says, if wishes were horses paupers would ride. You seem to have a vision, and are willing to put it all on the line to make that vision come true. The best is you are trying to help others. Wisdom of the ages says that we are truly happy when we help others. Anyone who works day in and day out is helping someone somehow. Realizing that makes our jobs fulfilling not a grind. Content should be what is exciting to you on a day to day basis. We get the best insights from that.

I think you stated purpose is really on target! Behind the scenes would really be great! There is so much that goes into any given tournament. The commitment level for the grind should be highlighted, for sure. I think people will also be interested in how much a difference there is catching fish from the boat as opposed to the kayak! Is access to water different out of the boat? Waiting for the journey to begin and the videos of you learning the boat! 🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣

I am an adult woman around your age. I have fished my whole life. Mainly boats. When I found you over a year ago, I was amazed! I found another woman close to my age with the same passion, but you are on a way greater level than I will ever be! Your values, love of your family, and positive attitude make me your biggest fan! You are such a wonderful influence for women, girls, kids. Even my fiancé' loves your stuff! Gerald Swindle is one of my favorite pro anglers. He is so positive and a good guy. He may not win all the time but he is positive and balanced in faith and family! I think you can be the female version of him! The good Lord is definitely giving you a platform to make a wonderful impact on people's lives. I am praying and cheering you every step of the way!

Just do the same thing as you do on the kayak. Have fun, Learn new stuff and keep smiling. I think you mentioned you were having issues with livescope on the boat. Check out TJ over at Kayak USA, he hated having his transducer on the trolling motor so switched out to separate mount. Did a video on it a couple weeks back. I don't bass fish (don't have them here in Alberta, Canada) but I love watching you get excited when you hook into a biggin' .
