Man it's hard to root for Devi sometimes. She's such a bad communicator, and she can be pretty selfish. Almost all of her problems could be solved if she just talked to people about what's going on, and also if she thought of herself a little less. Very realistic writing for a teen going through it though.

People find it hard to like Devi in this episode, and I understand why... But I just have to say I relate to her self-destructive behaviours. I was going through PTSD at this age as well and I didn't have a therapist until recently due to coming from a low-income family, but I did have a few counselors in school so I relate to the dynamic shown here. It's SO impossible to get through to a young girl who only cares about having a boyfriend. I was so engrossed by my relationships in school that it caused... Unsavory behaviours in me as well. While I never did anything as horrible as starting a rumor about a girl having an ED, I do understand why Devi has been lashing out lately... She's obviously not making the right decisions here but I don't blame her for her selfish teenager behavior... It's the appropriate time for kids to make the big mistakes at this age, that's how they learn not to do the same in the future... Sadly, Devi makes a lot of mistakes though 💀

Thank you for always giving me such interesting reactions. If you don't mind, may I recommend a horror/thriller movie? It's a Korean occult film called "Exhuma" that was released in February 2024. The director who directed the movie was famous for his occult work in Korea, so the number of viewers exceeded 10 million. This movie is on Netflix, so I recommend watching it if you're interested.😉
