Fairness has nothing to do with scores and acceptance to top schools. Because it is not a reward, it is opportunity to work on high level. And to get such opportunity, you need at least be ready to work on high level. So your scores show that you do not ready, what is unfair about it?

The reason that a conversation about "equity" is important - is because the people pushing an unfair racism are calling it "equity" and rather than discussing it FIRST, simply started from the proposition that it IS good, and if you don't agree with their premise, you are a racist. The conversation SHOULD have been BEFORE the acceptance that DEI is something that should be done. (because it IS an evil agenda, and should NOT be done)
