I do agree that we do not need to see every single movie at the beginning, with the boy on the moon, and I do miss how they used to do it with making the moon scene the movie’s own. In my opinion, Pixar is doing better than Disney.

While I agree with everything you’re saying, an alternative could be to at least just show the big four in the beginning (Shrek, HTTYD, Madagascar and Kung Fu Panda) because at least they’re things a majority of Dreamworks fans like and they’re what many think of when you think of Dreamworks, putting newer movies like The Bad Guys is kinda weird

As niche as this seems, I agree. Would be cool if they changed the music and have one of the characters of the movie ride the moon. I get why they changed this, to celebrate 30 years of Dreamworks, but it could’ve been less franchisey. Music is beautiful though. Almost brings tears to my eyes, and it’s beautiful.

Idk if its a controversial opinion or not but I prefer the Disney 100 into to the new DreamWorks intro. Cause in Disney it shows us the reflection of a sky in the river the star is falling (probably a homage to Wish) and is gliding through the water rises up to the waterfall and its becomes a beautiful golden castle. Also it shows us some easter eggs from previous didn't have movies or even from the parks. You see Casey Junior that train from Dumbo, you see the lights from Tangled, behind the castle theres pride rock, and on the other side theres the Matterhorn. But in DreamWorks it gets shoved into youre face like boom heres Kungfu panda, and then yheres trolls, and then Boss baby and now there's Shrek. It makes it kinda lazy you know? Also they didn't even changed the music.
