Not to mention becoming a menace to society . He can't save the Dolphins from Ross, Grier and McDaniel, he's had enough of the arrogant incompetence and his frustration will only lead to more off-field outbursts which won't be good for him or the General public.Hill was the most positive talker and worker on the team, but he finally saw the big picture that the Dolphins are not a franchise that cultivates winning and doesn't really appreciate, respect or reward winners, other than a select few they overly favor.

Yeah Dak wasn’t worth the money. I’d rather have a less athletic QB, even a solid journeyman QB and a great supporting team than to habe Dak and his contract.

Money wasn't his motivation, now look at him, 7 time Superbowl champion, best to ever play the position and he's still filthy rich. Mahomes, Allen and maybe a few others are similar in that they're not worried about being the highest paid.

And honestly in hindsight it didn’t even really affect his wealth. The dude is crazy rich now because of all that success and business moves he’s done off of that. Just like he says high tide raises all boats. Maybe he wouldn’t be as wealthy now if he took more then because they wouldn’t have been as successful.

I’m a Dallas fan and Dak did the exact opposite to us and look where we are lol… Not trying to say players shouldn’t maximize their earnings but when your a franchise QB on your second or 3rd deal is it really more important to get 400 mil vs taking 350 and giving your team a better chance to stack your roster so you can win? And in Daks case he squeezed the team for every dollar but hasn’t won anything in his career and honestly never will… Brady was already a multiple time sb champ at that point leaving money on the table to stack his roster so they could keep winning…

To be fair, his wife was a half a billionaire and he made a ton of money on endorsements so he didn’t need to max out his salary for playing football like other players did - someone like Joe Flacco, who had one shot at a big deal
