I love you Heavenly Father even as I struggle to provide for my two autistic children I always remember to keep faith in you, since losing my job for declining the vaccine. Things have been very hard. I declined because I have pre existing health condition Lupus and heart disease. I was denied my medical/religious exemption. My husband passed away three years ago, so I’m all alone. No family nor friends. Every month I don’t know how we are going to make it. Every month is a struggle. But every month God provides. Thank you father for that. I’m so embarrassed of my situation. I’m so tired of struggling every month and being put down over my circumstances or accused of lying simply because I post comments. Again just evil lies to hurt me. NO MATTER WHAT I have Faith that God will provide! He is faithful. He knows my heart! He will save me and my children from poverty. IN JESUS name. Please pray for me and my boys.

The life and death of Jesus Christ provided more than just the atonement of sins. He showed us, in our limited and temporal understanding of things, precisely what we ought to do. "What matter of man ought ye to be? Even as I am." Jesus Christ was more than a man: he is our God, example, and friend. He was brought low to the countenance of man to create a movement that would last ad infinitum. He was made one of us so we can be one of his. Jesus Christ is always the answer, the truth, and the way to find eternal life and no other name, person, or act has carried as much influence over the world as the life and death of our LORD Jesus Christ. This is why he had to come down, not to just offer forgiveness of sins, but to show us how to find it. He showed us how to be free. Amen.

I like that life is in the blood, and we cant have blood of bulls and goats forever, because they can become an idol. For Jesus, he is God, so when we look to him, we still look to God, even if he is made for the sacrifice once and for all, through his blood is eternal life, for he lives forevermore. Thank you sister, God bless you

Awesome job! I think if God just “pardoned” the debt for which terms He created the debt qualifications, He would be a weak/corrupt leader. But if He still held true that sin is unholy and should be parted from God, and had a punishment to uphold that, then we could gather that God is not “bipolar” on his law and will always be a strong leader. If he just pardoned us just because, then we would not revere the moral goodness of God and the goodness of love expected for each other that comes with obeying his law. If God ends up being okay with sin which he said he hated earlier, then he’d be morally weak, and we would have no God to lean on for unconditional justice and love.

Exactly. How I would explain is: Sin is everything that is against God's will. And God is all loving, so sins must necessarily be evil. We all agree that evil is bad, and God says the wagery of sin is death, since our soul is everlasting, death is the complete separation of God and His love, as God is life. God would be a liar to just pardon sin as He earlier says "the wagery of sin is death" and that "he loves justice"

I always thought of it as having a relationship with God. Some actions such as looking up as a rainbow, wouldn't really show that you care. All we'd do is go "yeah yeah I did something bad, lemme look up at the sky and be forgiven." No real connection, right? However, through the shedding of blood/sacrifices you are admitting your faults and humbling yourself to God about your sins. [Note: I haven't watched the entire video, so you may have already mentioned it]

Applause for attempting to answer a difficult question. We may not fully understand. The reason why it was a blood sacrifice is that sin happens within. When Jesus was executed he became sin. He was representing every sin. Everyone's sin. Along with that he had to experience every hurt to fully relate to what man goes through. Hence why he was born in a manger in the first place.

Wow, this is deep, and slightly uncomfortable. I'm sitting with it a bit. I think you touched on a good point when you said sin is bad for everyone. When you consider that sin always has a consequence in a personal way (ie someone gets murdered you want the murderer to pay) then you can see how sin needed an ultimate response or payment, hence Jesus' death. 🤷🏼‍♀️💚

Maybe the reason why our sins need to to be atoned is for us to be justly forgiven. Before the sight of all heavenly creatures God would be unjust if God will simply forgive us humans, while He send the unforgiven Satan and the fallen angels, "their former colleagues" to hell, Matthew 25:41

This is really no different than the "can God create a stone so heavy He can't lift?" dilemma. Which isn't a dilemma at all. It would require God to contradict His nature which is a logical absurdity. Obviously God can't do a logical absurdity because that's not really even a thing, it's just nonsense. It's the same as asking if God can create a square circle, simply nonsense. God is perfectly just in His nature and as we see in Romans 6:23, the wages of sin is death. Obviously God can't contradict His nature and "just forgive without blood". Catechism of the Catholic Church, Paragraph 271: God's almighty power is in no way arbitrary: "In God, power, essence, will, intellect, wisdom, and justice are all identical. Nothing therefore can be in God's power which could not be in his just will or his wise intellect."

How do you square this with Isaiah 43:23-25? "You did not bring me sheep for your burnt offerings, nor honor me with your sacrifices. I did not exact from you the service of offerings, nor weary you for frankincense. You did not buy me sweet cane, nor did you fill me with the fat of your sacrifices; Instead you burdened me with your sins, wearied me with your crimes. It is I, I, who wipe out, for my own sake, your offenses; your sins I remember no more."

If not for His sacrifice people wouldnt feel the need to change and would still keep sinning since there would be no requirement to do something in return to be forgiven. But like you said bluefroggy God is a just Judge, and to pay the wages of our sin He came down as a man and sacrificed Himself, his blood for us, and for He is our Father it was He who was sacrificed for us since no one else is more mercifull or loves more than Him to forgive our transgressions and abominations done against Him. And so now those who accept Jesus as their Lord and Saviour accept His sacrifice and follow His teachings out of love and to not play the hypocrit, since He also thaught us the true way to the Lord and so if not for His sacrifice and teachings we would still live in sin and act like the pharisees in the time of Jesus

From the standpoint of God, everyone is going to Heaven - because everyone is already UNCONDITIONALLY FORGIVEN. The teachings on FORGIVENESS is about FORGIVING ourselves and others, so that we can move on and NOT remain stuck in the pain of the past. For we are NOT punished for our "sins," we are punished BY our "sins." For the wages of "sin" is death. Therefore, the only "hell" we will ever experience is the one we are putting ourselves through right now. You see, everything comes down with reaping and sowing - cause and effect.

Lol, God won't answer prayer for yourself or weird prayer, unless you have a *universal* reason for it, or you have to work for your prayer as a part of it. For example, you water the tree, but the tree grow by the Power of God. If you don't water the tree, the Power of God will make the tree become a dead tree imstead.

For your problem, you can pray God for your courage, pray God that you don't even care what they do to you, pray that God will protect you. But it doesn't mean God will stop them all, it means that God won't let you be harmed, remember that in the Great Flood, God didn't bring Noah to another planet, Noah was *IN THE MIDST* of the Flood, but he wasn't get harmed. And well I used to be shouted, slapped, punched, bullied a lot but I didn't care, my days were still full of joy like I've never been bullied. And my neighbors (actually anywhere I go) play Satanic music days and nights, everyday and I'm still OK. But when I had mortal sins and I heared those annoying noises, I would get brainwash and then some how end up in God's Grace (true story, happened 2021 and first months of 2022). So make sure you don't have any mortal sin ; work as a part of the a God's Answer ; Pray something on a purpose that don't effect anyone negatively, don't pray something go against God's Will, for example : O God, I want to be 782 meters height (me when I was 10), God won't answer something like that because I can destroy people's houses, unless I became an immortal warrior fight against an alien invasion to protect the world and most importantly, to protect the Bible from be burned up, then God would make me 782 meters height, now I'm just 178.2 meters height ; And when you apply all of this, now just be faithful, believe in Him, don't be atheist or agnostic and everything will be done.

Okay, I'll try to make the best explanation for this that I can make, but it is important to note that: *-I AM NOT GOD, NEITHER ARE YOU.* We are limited beings with limited knowledge and limited capacity for knowledge. We cannot, therefore, hope to propose a solution that is perfect and 100% accurate. I have hope that we will learn more about these issues in heaven with God, but as of now on this Earth, we can only speculate. -Because we cannot know yet for certain the answer to these types of questions, the only thing we can do is trust in God. And while that seems blind and proofless and simply lazy at first, remember that we Christians believe because we have evidence to support our belief. God has proven time and time again (both in the Bible and in our daily lives) that we can trust in him, and that he knows the best for us. *Just like in the story of Job, I may not know the answers, but I have faith in the one who does.* That being said, let's begin!:>> In particular, let's begin here: *The wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23).* In the Bible, this theme of "the cost of sin is death" is prevalent. Why so? Did God just make some arbituary choice, like picking what dress to wear on this year's prom? Or perhaps it is for imparting values unto us, to make a point that sin is bad? *-All sin separates us from God (1 John 3:4, Deutoronomy 9:7, Isaiah 30:9, etc.)* In the Bible, it is repeatedly said that the very nature of sin separates us from God, and is rooted in rebellion against the Creator. *-God is the ultimate source of life (John 1:4).* God is the source of all that is good, including life. We, due to our nature and God's nature, are dependent on his power to even exist (John 15:5-11) Now, let's put all those points together. Sin separates us from God, who is the ultimate source of life. Separation from life is, of course, death. Therefore, the natural outcome of sin is death. That is what it means that "the wages of sin is death." Next: *God's nature demands.* God has many attributes (all listed here: www.gotquestions.org/attributes-God.html), including being just and all-loving. God cannot just ignore evil and brush it off as "a small slippy":((. In the same way that we demand a r*pist be sentenced to life in prison, God demands that sin be punished accordingly. To ignore sin would breed evil, to erase it without the appropriate action would delay but also give more way for destruction, to remove the choice to sin would make us lose what allows us to love God freely. Justice must be dealt, somehow. (note here: some people think that only the "bad" sins deserve puishment in hell, like sexual assault, murder, genocide, torture, etc. But one should remember, all sin is an act against the perfect Creator. We were created good, and are instructed to stay that way. In the same way that a 99/100 on an exam cannot be considered perfect, and will not therefore be awarded as a perfect score would, any sin, no matter how small, removes the perfection God created in us. And remember, we have all sinned more than we can remember.) Now, let's finish up. If the wages of sin is death and every single one of us, all the way back to Adam and Eve, have sinned, and God is just therefore he must deal the just punishment for said sin, what can God do to save his fallen creation while still causing the most good? I don't know for certain why God chose to inflict all our due punishment unto Himself instead of inflicting it to the most sinful person that ever existed, but I know that God loves us more than we can imagine. Going back to God's nature, He is often defined as a maximally good being, that is, He is the best anything could be, and a little more. Another way we could say that is "the greatest." That means God is maximally loving. Or, in other words, He displays the greatest love of all, and a little more. Now, what did Jesus say was the greatest love of all? *To lay down one's life for a friend (John 15:13).* That love, beyond the physical realm, can only be found in God. In fact, God goes the extra mile, *He dies for all of us who believe in Him.* *To conclude: Since the wages of sin is death and we have all sinned, because God is just he must bring judgement to the evil that is sin. But because he loves us more than we could ever imagine, he takes all that punishment upon himself on that cross.* P.S. Sorry if that was hard to understand, I'm not very good at doing these things D,: If you have corrections or thoughts to offer, they are much appreciated :DD That's all, Godbless!!^^

I am gonna mention some things here; Jesus forgave people's sins BEFORE he died on the cross, and so GOD did as well. (that is the entire trinity.) and blood wasn't the only way of getting forgiveness back then. you could do "sacrifices" or "offerings" that don't involve killing a lamp also, a lot of jews like to point this out; back in the Old Testament, many (or just a few I think) got forgiveness of sins without any offering. Just wanted to point these out lol. (though you likely already knew these things.)

If sin is breaking God's rules, and Jesus died to forgive our sins, why do I need faith? If I didn't have faith, I'd be sinning, but my sins are forgiven by accepting Jesus died for my sins. So a murderer who goes against everything God says, get saved by faith, but someone without faith who follows all of God's rules is punished... and God is just... how? How did committing sin absolve us from sin. God slaughtered an animal to forgive Adam and Eve, but humans killed Jesus, not God. Can I get my sins forgiven by blood, and if humans killing qualifies as blood replacing sin, why is murder a sin, and then back to how did the sin of killing Jesus save people from sin. I'm really trying to understand

@@dogleggedhades0 You got most of thr basics downs Sin is when we don’t trust in God’s way or go against his word /will. And to repent is to turn back to him, thus not sin no more There’s also this thing that the wages of sin is death. So for all that sin, death is the natural outcome But God never explicitly said we had to die, so he used substitution atonement and let animal sacrifices instead of us Now things get interesting when Moses to the scene. When God made a covenant with the Hebrew people (those 613 laws). If they lived up to all those laws blessings would come and if they failed curses would come. Unfortunately none of God’s people could follow the law perfectly Some time later Jesus gets on the scene. Jesus lived the perfect life. Broke no commandments and therefore was justified in God’s eye. His sacrifice (which btw he knew was going to happen and accepted ) was an atonement for all our collective sins at that time and for future times One thing to note however is that Jesus is coequal with the father , so Jesus was God in human form (the trinity comes into play). Aka god had lived life as a human and as fixed himself for our sake. Think about it. If Jesus was just a human , then technically the law was able to be followed and obeyed by man, thus there is no need for substitution, we just had to do better. But the fact is we can’t. We all have sinned and the wages of sin is death, but through Jesus’s sacrifice we can all participate in everlasting life What is the requirement for this? Simply placing your faith in Jesus Christ and believing he is lord and savior. This is not merely a ritual or a get out of jail free card. This is a renewal of the mind or that born again experience comes into play. While still sinful as we haven’t been perfected yet. This suggests that you now want to do the lord’s will. So a change in character/nature or soul has occurred So first. Human sacrifice is against the Bible teaching. This is pretty easy to tell based on how God detested in the OT the human sacrifice that other cultures did at that time. Jesus willingly laid down his life for us. So that’s not the same as saying murderong is ok Now the other question you had is those who follow the law, but don’t put their faith in Jesus. Where do they go? Well all humans. Me you, and everyone outside of Jesus have sinned. So while our track record can be great , phenomenal and even ideal. It’s not perfect. So the outcome is still death Now you do have people who view Jesus’s sacrifice as a license to sin. This is where things get problematic and where the heart and sincerity comes into play. Christians will sin because they are still humans but the hope and desire is that they’d sin less. This speaks on the heart posture. So for instance a death penalty inmate can profess faith in Jesus Christ and die and theoretically make it to heaven. (Look at the thieves of the cross in the gospels for that doctrine) But is that faith genuine ?only God and that person knows In short, worms are no longer required for salvation but they are a great indicator where you stand (you shall know them by their fruits). So someone who is doing a bunch of bad and saying I’ll push my conversion after I’m old and whatever runs in the risk that one , that choice may not even be given (death comes unannounced) or even if they reach that moment in time they don’t have the heart or mind to want to turn to him. Never forget we are creatures of habit So in short. Salvation is offered to all yes One’s work literally cannot bring forth salvation because if it did. Jesus never had to come and do what he does Even before Jesus came to the scene human blood sacrifices were and still are detestable to the lord Faith is not merely a verbal declaration but a renewal or transformation of the mind. Which typically is easiest shown by one’s actions, but ultimately only God and that person know how genuine that faith is Ones actions is a quick indicator on how they are, but it’s far more than that. It’s also our heart posture that is added to the score Anyways I hope I was able to give some clarification. God bless

@@quesostuff1009 Thats actually a very insightful answer and I definitely need to do my research more/better. From a logical perspective, that holds though. So, repentance isn't necessarily as a last minute prayer apologizing for sin; but rather an honest change in perspective over the situation. Almost like being able to see the pain caused by sin is the first step in paying the new "price", persay, for sin. Instead of seeing it as people can get away with evil by repenting, it's more that no amount of sin makes an honest transformation towards God's word invalid. Approach it with honest intent and the possibility of salvation is there.

Ok, let I ask : Who created God ? Where did God come from ? Does God praise to Himself, pray to Himself and and obey His Own Rule ?
@creedatorx439
@creedatorx439 2 жыл бұрын
One: In a way, God prayed to himself, but not really. when we say "God" we mean the ENTIRE TRINITY. Jesus alone isn't the entire trinity, but since he is part of the trinity, he is God. Jesus didn't have all power on earth yet. he didn't know everything, and he asked the FATHER (not the entire trinity) stuff in prayer. This doesn't contradict the idea that God is all powerful. this just means that the PERSON OF THE TRINITY; Jesus, wasn't all powerful. (maybe he is now though, we can't know.) he had to ask the father, NOT THE ENTIRE TRINITY, for stuff. it's like when we choose to snap out fingers, or like when we choose to turn our head. what we see with the trinity is a very complex version of that almost. each person of the trinity has a role, and all three of them MAKE God, but all three of them aren't fully God. the trinity isn't easy or maybe even possible to explain fully, with logic, so understand that. and Jesus praised the father, which IN A WAY is praising himself, but not really. Jesus isn't the person father. of course, since he's one with the father, he is in a way the father. this is literally impossible to explain. Just understand that God as a whole didn't praise himself. Who created God is also impossible to explain, for now. doesn't disprove God though. We can't know where God came from. and yes, he does "Obey" his own rules when it comes to not sinning and stuff.
@Nov_Net

1. No one created God. The definition of God requires him to be ever existent that is uncreated and the very essence of what it means ti exist. If someone created god we would have to ask that question infinitely which is logicallg incoherent. 2. As said before God didnt come from anywhere. God is the concept of existence itself. 3. In christianity god is triune meaning he is one being but 3 persons. The father, son and holy spirit. As distinct persons they can all praise and pray (talk) to each other. So yes God can pray to himself without it being logocally absurd. 4. Yes God can obey his own rule
