Made this tonight but went with sweet baby rays and red pepper flakes … also added bone suckin sauce chicken rub. Holly Christ so good … smoked 2 family packs at 200 F for about 2 hours on electric smoker. Transferred to convection oven at 375 for 15-20 minutes until I saw some color on the cook 7. Went with butter, brown sugar same as recipe calls for . Added chilli flakes (again) little salt prior to the convention cook. Listen peeps, do this! I’m kind of hammered writing this but u get the point. Merry Christmas!!!

Okay, you almost lost me at "Chicken Burnt Ends"! But you roped me back in with the idea of a Cranberry BBQ Sauce!!! I grew up near the Ocean Spray cranberry bogs in Massachusetts! I think I'll give this recipe a try for another protein at the Thanksgiving dinner! Thank you!!!

I think a good pairing with that cranberry will be pomegranate. Gonna get this going.

I'm not sure I can see where this is anything close to anything other than BBQ chicken. I'm open to any suggestions or, convincing/compelling arguments as to why it is.
