I so wish I could make flour into balls. I HAve been trying all my life and can't get the hang of it, that looks so beautiful and tasty. I must try, I keep not measuring my ingredients and so I keep getting it wrong. Please no sassy comments, thank you. That's is a tasty meatless dish. I am really intrigued by this recipe and am in the process of making it. I had to convert g and ml to dry and wet cups, but I found either this recipe doesn't call for enough flour or it calls for too much water. Preparing it as written results in a very soupy dough, which the lady in this video did not encounter. I'm about to begin letting the dough balls rise for 10 minutes and then fill and bake so we'll see how it goes! If mine turn out even close to the consistency in this video, I'll be pleased! :)
