Ingredients for this delicious yufka dough recipe
400 g filo dough (yufka dough, baklava dough or strudel dough sheets)
250 g mozzarella
Oil for brushing
300 g cream cheese (with fine herbs)
200 ml milk
Salt and
pepper to taste
2 tbsp sesame
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approx. 25-35 minutes.
