He’s an opportunist that took advantage of a socially awkward person who has difficultly making friends. He literally tried to degrade him so he would back down from requesting repayment. This guy is a nasty piece of work and a terrible liar.

UNBELIEVABLE!!!! How do you know he’s socially awkward and has difficulty making friends. Because he’s quite. GET OUT OF HERE! He could be very social and his tons of friends. You should be ashamed of stereotype you put him in . You don’t even know him. NEVER once did he ADMIT to being socially awkward and has difficulty making friends. He’s simply knew to be quiet and let JJ do her thing. So judgmental.
@peacefreedom4930

@@whyanything3879 How do I know? I’m observant? I don’t think being socially awkward is a bad thing. You can watch him when he speaks and tell. I actually thought JJ’s reaction to his speech pattern was extremely rude. It was her reaction because she has no tolerance for individuals who aren’t quick and concise. The defendant stated he is the man’s only friend. However he isn’t a friend. So, the man has no friends, lives with his parents, appears to be in his 30’s, and presents as neurodivergent. So, no I don’t feel ashamed of myself for stating the obvious. You should do something about your nervous system. You are easily triggered and put out negative energy.

He's a covert narcissist. - No regret - Belittles his friend when asked for money - Most interestingly - you can see flashes of anger when JJ sees through his BS and makes him acknowledge the truth (jaw clenching, eyes squint) - Keeps trying to stick to his BS story still trying to manipulate the story - Most importantly, he avoids all confrontation and relents to JJ (authority figure, avoidance of embarrassment) This person is all kind of trouble.

The "defense" of the defendant was basically "well since I have 6 kids and a dog and because of that I can't work, and since the plaintiff has only one kid, both parents work and drive nice cars, they clearly have money so they don't need the money back from me" Literally the exact same energy. I love the way Judge Judy makes these scam artists sweat, she plays with them and has them tied up in knots, you can see the cogs in their brain trying to find ways to outsmart her, but she sees through their BS every time.
