Kubo is not done with bleach, he will be continuing bleach after he finishes directing the TYBW anime wich the last part releases in October, the next arc is "Breathe of Hell" wich the hell one shot is based on. Kubo even stated he is not ending bleach for a long while. So we might be getting more arcs.

Technically we can't take Szayelaporro's presence in hell as confirmation. Because earlier in the series Shrieker's existence pointed out that Shinigami's swords only purify the sins of hollows and not the sins of the people they used to be. And Szayelaporro, like Shrieker was a horrible monster even before being a hollow. So while likely that its true for the Espada like it is for Captains, we can't actually use Szayelaporro as proof.

Exactly. This Privaron Espada bodies are there only because they were actually killed by the Exequias and by Grimmjow. So they're body are there and not purified by a Shinigami zampakuto and sent to Soul Society or to Hell. The other thing is that Mayuri retrieved their bodies from Szayel Aporro' deposit (since the Exequias where killing and collecting the loser bodies under Aporro's orders until Unohana met them, and of course, until Aporro was still alive) and there were only them there, since the others were all still alive and the only other dead (Grimmjow's Fractions) died in the world of the living.

Because the problem is probably not that the captain class or stronger soul's Reishi can't be recycled back within a certain place, but that their soul's Reiatsu is keeping the Reishi together and basically can't be destroyed at all. If Hueco Mundo could recycle the Reishi of such a strong soul and place them back in the soul rotation then Shinigami would have found a way to recycle a soul of a dead captain (with taking them to Hueco Mundo also being an option). But considering they're sending them to Hell, it must mean there is literally no other option.

Who's to say the Espadas would've been loyal to Gotei 13 anyway? With elements like Szayel, Barragan and Ulquiorra on the field, they might end up making things worse and either side against them or straight up leave. If they saw Aizen or any other familiar faces again, they'd probably want revenge. Plus, having Aizen on the outside was already a huge gamble they didnt even wanna take. There's just too many unknown and unpredictable variables, it would've been a big mess.

Szayell didn’t because Mayuri treated his Zanpakuto so that it would prevent this but he didn’t make him a zombie because he decided to experiment in his corpse to create his new bankai (which gives birth and adapta just like Szayell)

Actually when it comes to Hollows that is not true. When hollows die even as an Arrancar the souls that are composed of its body are purified by the zanapktou and sent to the soul society along with the Hollow themselves. The only time a Hollow is sent to hell is if they committed horror deeds as their life as human which if one goes by the novels Szayel most certainly did in his human life.

Thats what everyones forgetting. The espada level hollows aren't just 1 soul, they are a collection of thousands (or more) souls were 1 has risen to the top as the core personality. When they die all the seperate souls they consumed would be released leaving them as a relatively powerless normal soul (unless their basic soul has exceptional power to begin with).

I've had another answer for this: When a shinigami slay Hollow with their zanpakutou their souls return to Soul Society. But among the 4 Kurotsuchi's Corpse Squad two of them were killed by an Arrancar's zanpakutou, Luppi got killed by a Cero, and Chuhlhourne was killed by Yumichika's zanpakutou but it was through draining all his reishi out to 0 and his corpse intact.

Szayeloporro goes to hell because he had great crimes when he was human when he’s purified by Mayuri’s Zanpakuto, the Arrancars/Hollows don’t have a special ritual that casts Hollow Souls of what would be considered Captain-Class soul density into Hell.

Exception most of the Former Espada had high Lieutenant Reiatsu and the line between an elite Lieutenant and an average captain is ill-defined powerwise. Also Luppi was an Espada to replace Grimmjow so he had to have captain class reiatsu compared to Grimmjow’s as they shared the same rank and replaced him. He wasn’t from a generation before like the rest.

As for Charlotte he just picked him after the FKT battle. Wonder why Ganteban wasn't there

It's possible there's absolutely no reason he couldn't zombify the others and he more or less just chose to experiment on the four of them because Ssayelaporro already gathered them for him. After all, it's not like he made them for any other reason than the fact that he could. Then there's the question of how Hueco Mundo would recycle strong reishi but I think the answer might be the most simple one, being that a bunch of the other hollows eat the body and disperse the extra power amongst them which should allow the reishi to be reintroduced to the cycle.

Hmm, I see where you are coming from, but I would give a little pushback on this. A Shinigami's makeup is different from a Hollows since Hollows gain power by incorporating the souls they eat into their own being. Therefore, I don't think we can assume it works the same way as a shinigami. Kubo might come out and confirm what you say as true, but for now, I don't think there is enough evidence to make this assumption.

I can see him being close to Aaroniero, but nowhere near anyone else. Luppi got one shot by Grimmjow, if he was close to any single of them in strength, he wouldn't have died in less than a second. Most likely he was around Dordoni level. I believe Aizen placed him there to teach Grimmjow a lesson and because he represented the same aspect of death.

On top of that, Luppi could be an Adjuchas, stronger than Zommari, but still a significant gap between him and Grimmjow at full power if he's a Vasto Lorde. Let's also not forget that in CFYOW zombie Luppi can fight evenly with Grimmjow, sure Luppi got a power boost from being zombified, but so did Grimmjow with his training.

The real reason is that Mayuri can't resurrect Arrancars killed by zanpakuto because it purifies the hollow and their soul is automatically send to Soul Society (or Hell). Luppi died from a Cero, Dordonni and Cirucci died from Exquisas's sword and Charlotte was killed by kido-like ability. And if you look at any other dead Arrancars they all died from zanpakuto. That's why Mayuri obły brought back these 4 - because they were the onlt ones he could.

He didn't need to kill someone like Coyote Starrk.
