My cat has always slept with me ever since he was a kitten. He's a very good cuddle kitty. He was recently diagnosed with stage 2 kidney disease and wasn't wanting to sleep with me anymore, but now that he was switched to a prescription food and he has gained some weight back, he is feeling a lot better and is back to cuddling :)

@@unrealsimon93 Thanks :) Kidney disease in cats isn't curable unfortunately, and he is already 17, so I just hope I have as many more years with him as possible :)

I really enjoy your videos. I'm a cat lover for all my life and I'm 70 now. We had cats for 25 years, mostly two in one go, but never a kitten. We had cats from animal shelter and if someone had to give it away for whatever reason. Four weeks ago we got a 4 year old Ragdoll as a "present" they looked for a new home because she was unhappy at the old spot, too many other cat, dogs and children. She was not neutered, not chipped or tatoot, this is all done now and she got her "first" vaccination. She is so cut, we call her Anne after Raggady Ann. We always had "normal" cats, that's the first time we have one with long hair, it's really an adventure. We are not that often on tour now and on pension so we are mostly at home and we will take her with us in vacation in our camper. We did this with other cats and they liked it. Next week is the first journey and hopefully it's okay for her. If not we need to find a catsitter. Many greetings from Germany 😺

I got a flame point ragdoll like you, he is named cosmo 2 years old turns 3 this year and a Bombay cat named panther and turns 1 this year they both come to me at night and stay until morning your cats are so loving injoy them while you still can!❤

My first ragdoll slept by me, every night and almost all night, 9 months out of the year. During the summer he would sleep on the floor. I guess it was too warm.

Sweet video! Jasper and Austen sleep on me or next to me almost anytime I am in bed or watching a movie in my recliner chair. They also love the heated mattress pad I purchased and I often turn it on for them! Siamese are very owner oriented and that is one thing I really love about the breed. The boys also cuddle with their Dachshund baby sister, Hildy, in her big fluffy bed! She is not allowed to sleep in my bed for various reasons, so this is A and J’s special time with me, but I love the way they include some time with Hildy!!! Hugs, Michael Albuquerque NM USA

Nothing like the comforting weight of a cat cuddle up in bed with you. My boys fight over who sleeps with me. . .which leads to either BOTH of them between my legs at night, or someone curled up in the crook of my arm after I fall asleep. Sometimes neither come to bed at all. They don't purr much. I do think its astonishing just how deep they can sleep. One of them went completely limp a couple weeks back. . .briefly panicked thinking our lad died on top of me because he just wouldn't respond to light and then more exuberant jostling. He was quite disgruntled when he DID wake up.

my cat is 1 years old and I remember when she was about 3-6 months where she would always sleep with me and cuddle but now since she older she like to sleep on the floor. Is this normal or does she just not like to any more

As cats grow they may change their behavior. This is normal. But they be cuddly again! That’s what happened with my cat

I don't have beautiful Ragdolls. So, combing my cats seems to alleviate the fur issue. A friend of mine has Ragdolls, and they have their own blanket on the bed. Also, the powder like walnut litter I use has ended all the excess litter on their paws and my floors. My female doesn't cover her poop. She jumps out of box immediately after the poop drops. It is gross how they jump on my bed after leaving that box. But, I have no Visable residue....it's what we don't see right? 😅

My 7 Month old ragdoll always get poo smudged around the area on her skin. Never on her fur though but I don’t know why that is. At first I thought it might be her diet causing slightly soft poo but I changed it and her poo is completely normal but she still seems to have a little dark smudge on her skin around the area where she defecates and I am constantly having to wipe her before she lays her poopy bottom anywhere. Please can someone give me some advice!

I have two Ragdolls: Buddy & Bella. I love them to bits but they shed a lot and I'd be sleeping in air borne cat hair! Bella also on occasions steps in her poop...would not like it on my sheets. How do others overlook all this?
