Our research shows that 1 in 2 experience bullying at some point, but as a society, we only every talk about those who do the bullying in a negative way. We want to change that and want to help people understand some of the reasons why people bully. If we understand the reasons and encourage people to talk about it, then we can provide support before the bullying even happens. So true. In my opinion bullying is a coward's behavior and a sign of immaturity. Bullies seek to exert an authority that they do not have, and do so at expense of others. Bullies do not accept responsibility, even when faced with the consequences of their own behavior. Bullies secretly fear that their own weakness and vulnerability will be exposed.Because they cannot let themselves become aware of their fear, they tend to fall back into rage whenever questioned or frustrated.

Give it to God. Let him change you enough to let it roll off your back and show love. They are only students right? You are the adult right? So you must set the example. I was hated all my life for looks and body because I was naturally slim. My genetic make up just..it hurt yes, but in adulthood I learned to overcome it. And it doesn't matter what people say about me anymore. I searched my own heart. I got to know me. I went on a journey and changed my thinking. I saw the things people hate about me as a plus! A looked at the truth. I can laugh jokes off now. And give a few back. Laughing is a very good cure..don't let them affect you. Know yourself. Then you will teach better. Blessings of truth 🙏

It's true, any bully in this world is reflecting onto others how he feels about the situations in his own life and as a result, causing other people to hurt. But it also means they're weak. The other guy was going through struggles too, yet he didn't use it as an excuse to bully others or be hurtful. We all have things to be sad about in our lives, we all have voices telling us to be mean or to act unkind because when we are going through stuff, we tend to not care about anyone else around us, we start to get oblivious and numb to the pain we can cause. But it's what we do with these voices that determine the kind of people we are, if you have voices telling you to be unkind, NAVIGATE through them, fight them, don't let it turn you into a person you are not and hurt other people. Being a bully is easy, anyone can be one - many are. The real challenge though, the one that makes you brave, strong & powerful, is to be kind. Be kind even when you don't feel like it, ESPECIALLY when you don't feel like it. Bullies are weak, kind people are strong.

I just like the boy who are bulled in this video when I was eighteen in my high school. A nightmare experience. In the five years after that, I fell into a severe depression and committed suicide several times. Now I am twenty-four years old and I survived. Nothing can beat me anymore.

I was bullied in school but I was always nice to others... until I fought my bully the last week of school and she lost and had to face all the classmates for the rest of the week that respected and scared of her. The reality is - Those who are demonic by birth or upbringing, do it. Those who have a pure heart never do it. They feel the pain of others. For once- Keep yourself in their place. No one is the most powerful, there are always those stronger than you. And then there's Karma which comes back to you. Those who bullied, have suffered in their old age, being bullied by their own children. Sometimes these kids who are bullied develop hate against the bully so much, that they unleash their wrath on them.
