Was on a cruise (Silver Wind) from Athens to Venice a while back and it included Monemvasia. We got off the ship and went into town, It was beautiful but I got a dizzy spell and, just in case, returned to the ship before really being able to explore too much but it was really nice. Glad to have seen the footage here. TBH, my favorite port of the cruise turned out to be Kotor in Montenegro - absolutely stunning.

Another wonderful video, I really don't know how get so much in each episode. Your eloquence and videography are gifts to us (and everyone "aboard")! My heart is with you as you travel back to the states for Isa. Years ago we flew to and from Memphis to St. Jude Children't research hospital with our youngest. Sending you strength, energy, and hope for every day. Love your meditation routine. I began journaling years ago and have made it a meditative practice. Mark Nepo's Book of Awakening is my starting point. Highly recommend. My copy is ragged, full of underlines and highlights, then I began using colored pencils to draw and shade the feelings. I treasure this book. His journey, his heart, his wisdom, his words...balm to the soul. Peace to you this day and all days.

Jordan, I am the same way… My suggestion is to set one goal to accomplish each day… Can be small, preferably small in the morning- something achievable so you can relax… Then allow yourself to just go with Desiree’s flow of just being present in the moment…

I know you've probably been told this a thousand times before, but I have to add my voice: you are giving the most precious gift to your daughter with these adventures (while also gifting yourselves, how awesome is that?)... My only suggestion is to maybe do it all again when she is 4, so that she has some memories of it throughout her life. I'm sure it is already doing her a world of good to have these experiences, whether she consciously remembers them later or not though. But hey, perhaps great to have an excuse to set sail again in a couple of years? I will never be able to thank my mother enough for the many times she took me to Greece when I was small. And I will never be able to fully express what those memories mean to me. Just seeing your baby girl tasting the apricot (Greek apricots!), experiencing the beach, the sand, the reflections on the water - it brings back to me all the things I can't adequately express, and that I value so much. So yeah. She'll probably thank you later (especially if you take her again when she's of an age to remember), but for now... I'm thanking you on her behalf.

Yes. Also discuss what you have been feeding her. If the doctors doesn't have a clue about what a clean diet should consist of and what is easiest for a baby to digest ie fruits and veg then seek a second opinion from a Naturopathic Doctor even if your "insurance won't pay for it". What your insurance pays for is NOT the ideal. Millions of people will AGREE to that based on first hand experience.

I like to take advantage of my states relaxed laws on consuming Marijuana to be able to clear my head. As a father of three I don't know how anyone can function without a break from the constant everyday grind. Lifes freaking tough to say the least so take a break from time to time to enjoy your life if even just for a few moments a day. Meditation is great I just like the advanced level I get into it by consuming cannabis. 100% legally of course. Loving the episodes as usual. Always a great message and beautiful scenery. I would make a boring sailer because regardless the appointment or plan, I leave early to allow for RR crossings, car accidents, or other unplanned events (like weather). I am always early for that reason, however having spent a lot of years in the military, there is no such thing or an excuse for being fashionably late. Depending on whether my goal is sleep or relaxation, I listen to low frequency music which studies have shown to contribute to sound sleep, or prayer which is more productive use of time which some call mediation, or unproductive time spent on other methods of meditation.

Jordan, since you asked, my cherished quiet time is in the morning before the family wakes up, reading the bible. I think you're doing a great job though Jordan. I didn't used to be stressed out either. There's more of a responsibility raising a family than when it was just my wife. Just keep going you're doing a good job. Reading the bible helps me.
