If you do 90M in sales year per on MLS per your claim why do you need to do a distressed sale for one of your properties to pay a condo off in Croatia ? Shouldn’t you be liquid and loaded ?

Seems mysterious why she would do those 50 dead end conditional offers, it's such a waste of everyone's time including her own. Are the offers clustered in a neighbourhood near where she is trying to sell her own property (or someone else's property she is conspiring with)? Trying to generate fake demand and a fake buying frenzy to get her place sold for more $?

@planesandbikes7353 my best guess would be mental health issues. I am sure there are people that visit car dealership to view cars without the capacity to actually buy them.

Sounds like the lady might have a Dopamine addiction. Pretty big rush when you're offer is accepted on a property
