Great advice Sasha. I might add that stocks trades on company's guidence during the earnings call as well for ex. NFLX earnings was not as well as the price action portrayed, but the company is growing its customer base exponentially....until proven otherwise NFLX trade on that perception. Hence there is a phase, buy the rumor, sell the news.

So it's an excuse for manipulation... "it was great but not that great"... "and I'll collect my millions ".... like Boeing stock recently... after terrible earnings you would think the stock would go down... but the investors decided it could have been worse so the stock went up.... So this is open to interpretations = manipulation...
