The brain is an organ of the human being that via electrical signals sends directives to other parts of the body (movement, response) and receives information from other parts of the body (sensory perception).

I the teaching is profound any effort is not the solution the brain through which we understand is the very limitation therefore instant perception where the past is not operating is imperative brain which is limited can never see the absolute so choice less awareness is the humble effortless start
