Dear Teri, great question. I created some videos about that. I recommend doing scar mobilization. I demonstrated that in a different video. You can use Vit. E, some medicated lotions or a cream called Mederma which is over the counter but can thin out the scar. I also recommend using sunblock when exposed to the sun so the scar does not darken.
