Today gonna talk about one very important question
To lift or not to lift?
Every boxer is doing something in the gym. From my experience - usually quite randomly, without any plan or just for fun. So to give you some structure and logic behind I am starting big series of videos about strength and conditioning training for boxers

I have good feeling about you man . I am a boxing trainer in France Since 1995 . I use to have Pro boxer .. We went in UKraine Kiev (2013 ) We won Uzelokv .. In Russia (2008 ) we won Barakoev , in Poland (2011) we won Kusiemski ... so I also have some experience . Keep doing your stuff.... I have no doubt that you will become a well known with your channel ...

Great advice, i started boxing 6 months ago and soon realized i need to prioritize boxing instead of bodybuilding..constantly felt run down and getting sick.. so I changed it 2 days strength/ conditioning and 4 days boxing and mma to my hearts dismay tho😭.. skill over muscle anyday...

Maybe you could make a video about some boxing routine you can do every day at home or something people can improve their technique i think and be more efficient on sessions later… Thanks! You re doing the right thing, keep going !

@@Sapielnikov.Boxing actually big functional muscles make you faster but bc they need better cardio and more oxygen you tire out a a bit faster,no offence i have started boxing recently but never seen anyone rotate their foot like that at 2:18 bc you lose balance and force and bc i was making that mistake too as a vey begginer i see it and it triggers me bc i was trying to solve my left cross balance problem and it was that mist ake in the video.Great video keep going

Really to nice video for all question only ı ask one question In one week how many days work streng, condition, endurance working with gym exercises and for lift exercises all time more weight less reps or light weight more reps which is better for power and explosive?

1-2 times a week of gym workouts can be enough for the beginning. Focus on lifting more weight in less amount of sets and reps 💪
