You have it right more or less. It's what's known as a "dog whistle", i.e. a way to signal to a controversial group that you hold their controversial opinion without explicitly stating it. "Dog Whistles" are phrased in a way so the person that says it can plausibly deny what they meant. If you say "wow, that's messed up", people will respond "get your head checked, all he said was to leave kids alone"... but we all know what he _really_ meant. A good example of one is "State's Rights". It could mean what it says on the tin, but most of the time it's racism.

I honestly believe that Tate brothers will win the case, they had been accused of traficking and holding people against their will in their mansion, but nothing proved those allegations right, even camera footage showed, there was nothing, and now, from what Andrew Tate said, no one checks camera footage, despite the fact they could do that each and every day of the case, I believe, now that they accused them of continued form of trafficking, they can't possibly prove it, since they failed to prove it even with 6 women, supposed to be victims, and they still didn't check camera footage

There is 6 women and 2 have dropped off the case file, 2 have came on cam 3 times stating they are not victims, the other 2, 1 of them have accused 7 men of this same crime in the past, also the whatsapp messages stating they are setting him up, also the 2 who said they were not victims, 1 was his PA and the other he only met twice
