I appreciate this video a lot, I myself was thinking where I learned the things I learned, why I think and feel the way I do. I felt like blaming my parents but now I understand, it goes beyond them too. I’m excited to do the work to change the narrative and script, to have something to teach my child so she can be a better model than me (my iPhone 15+ hehe!) thank you!
