Rick is terrible at communication with outside customers. I dropped off a truck that had roughly $7k of maintenance needed two years ago (parts were readily available at that time it was before the shortage), and I was told the truck will be ready in a week. One week later I was not able to get a hold of him (straight to voicemail and no call back) and I had to drive to the shop only to realize the truck was still not in the shop. Hope he is good for your business, and you have a better experience.

From my personal experience I've had issues getting d13 water pump replacements, both OE and aftermarket. I've had multiple come in in a year span where Volvo tells me that they are months out country wide. I'd be pretty scared as a driver.
