@@computersetc1123 You guessed wrong. But it crashes very very seldom. And doesn't change settings during updates, never reboots until I tell it to reboot ... My low-end computer runs nicely now, though the same computer was locked up a good portion of the time, with Windows. But if you like Windows, you go ahead. I used it for years, myself, and I got really really sick of it.

You guys can laugh if you want, but here's my story. My laptop, HP 15 something I-7 12GB 1TB, pretty nice machine. Keys kept sticking. I dusted the keyboard with baby powder and blew it off with compressed air. Problem solved (for the last 3 weeks anyway). I have never spilled anything on it nor has it ever gotten wet from anything so I think it's something in the design. Even today a similar machine would be around $1K so I had nothing to lose. For the time being, it works fine. *edited to include* LOL

I have experienced this problem a lot and its easy fix if you are using a new pc just give it some time and try not experimenting with it like overclocking cpu, gpu or ram restart it regulary and dont let it run without updates everyone says updates slow you computer but not it keeps it somehow alive try not harming it and you will have succes, I used to reinstall windows every month but not now because I stoped overclocking it and since I got the new cpu I havent touched it because the old one got burned from overclocking and stuff

pepper you too i burned 10 computer towers worth in 2008 pc evaluation at 12000.00 canadian dollars. this time I was with my ex-wife today today in 2012 to 2013 I burn a laptop and a company server in a computer tower not bad I was worse than you haha.

How long do you recommend holding on to all of your dump files? I'm sure if you never cleaned out the dump files they would eventually take over your hard drive.

These will only be created when there is a problem ie BSOD, but once problem is resolved you can delete them.

Sigh... I'm having some weird problems with my PC. It keeps crashing while the PC is idle, sometimes quickly, sometimes it can take hours. I have tried many, many different things, but I just can't figure out what the hell is going on. I tried these too, it's still crashing. I'm starting to doubt a BIOS update I did a while back, but it was working fine for a while after that. Idk, feels like I need a help of an expert but I have no idea where to look or who to contact. Your videos are still awesome and I appreciate your good work. Too bad it doesn't seem to affect my problems. :(

@@aaenoorsaqib4682 I solved my Problem a couple months ago. Apparently, it was one of those sneaky Nvidia drivers. Apparently, it was somehow related to my monitor and as far as I understood, it tried using my monitor as audio output, but my monitor doesn't have speakers. I disabled the driver from device manager under monitor settings and never had problems since. Of course, it's only one of the million possibilities that can cause something like that. Other people problems may be caused by something else entirely. But I guess it's worth trying. But most people say they can't find such driver there. Meaning it's not that issue for them.

I am going to ask this question here... My PC never keeps crashing or shutting down. It keeps restarting 'during gameplay' seemingly on its own. Sometimes I play throughout the entire game and other times at the very start or second round of the game. It does not do this with Sonic Adventures, a very old game, but does with a game such as Team Fortress 2. Team Fortress 2 has updates that haven't received a proper update in years. It keeps restarting and I am wondering if you have any clue what it might be. I looked through a lot of your videos but I have a feeling you're not a gamer. xD

Sorry for the very late reply, but this problem might be cause because the game you playing consume too much power usage, you PSU cant handle it and end up crashing the whole computer.

does this work well with BSOD crashes? Every where I research always says to check your memory. Done that. Swapped memory, ran memory checking utils, etc.

It keeps crashing because I trusted AMD and went for a Ryzen 5 3600 system. If I don't leave it on Balanced Mode and try to put it in Maximum performance my system crashes while in idle. I have never ever got a bluescreen with my previous Intel PCs. With none of them. I know what I will do on my next upgrade. Never again!

I got and it seems lots of other has big network problem with latest release of win 10, thus 2004 after I reinstalled 4 days ago. I can't get it fixed(yet). I get lots of connection lost for about 10-45 seconds and then back again. This computer is using cable but trough the router with wifi. Can you find any more information that I can't to this, Britec09
