Thank you for making this video. I constantly have those twinges and right after trying the hip exercise i felt a difference in my knee. Got a serious burn half way after the first set. Just shows how weak my hip muscles are.

Would weak hips cause crunchy knees? Crunchy as in a crunch sound going up or down steps?

First movement does cause pain. You say if there’s pain you’re doing it wrong. Does that mean that the problem does not come from the hip?

I’m only 15 years old.. and my knee hurts when I walk (after a while) and when I’m going down the stairs.. and sometimes I can’t straighten my knee all the way because it hurts.. should I go to the doctor or what should I do?
