Bro I have a little request Bro plzz make a video on scalp tension hypothesis and it's true ability to regrow new hairs bcoz I find that due to excessive tension of galea aponeurotica causes hair follicle to shrink and which causes inflammation in our body and our body start inflammation response which led to bindding of DHT and TGF beta 1 which further causes scalp fibrosis and other issues

Hi, I am having scalp pain since my childhood aroung 10 yrs old n now i am 40 yrs old. The other that i have in consistent is my low hb levels (fluctuating between 8-10). I have asked multiple times from different people including drs about it but they havent shared a reason but prescribed iron tablets. I am still on iron tablets and still unable to have hair even to shoulders. I experience pain with hair movement and had never clipped my hair tightly as i cant afford it. Thanks for a valuable info, and my experience with dandruff/lite Scalp pain started with using a Ayurvedic serum once I stopped it was gone, but after sometimes I started again it doesn't gave me same problem, I think sometimes some seasonal also gives us different effects on hair.

Yes, this is very common that scalp pain increases with oily scalp. A good solution for you would be to use diluted apple cider vinegar to rinse your scalp & hair after your shampoo. [dilute 1tbsp ACV in 100ml water & pour this on your scalp & hair. Pat dry the excess with a towel & let it air dry. Wait for it to dry before you go out in the sun. Use this only on the days you shampoo. Apply this after your shampoo when your hair is still damp, but not soaking wet with water.]

You don't need to wash your hair with water everyday unless you are extremely physically active & sweat a lot. If you do not sweat a lot, then you can wash your hair with water 3-4 times a week including 1-2 shampoo washes.
