15:10 as a veteran with ptsd, i can attest to the therapeutic potential of magnesium in relieving symptoms. it's pretty much a guaranteed remedy.

I have had these symptoms for 15 months now, but mine never came from stress. I wore a tight wig that applied so much tension to my scalp and I never took it off and afterwards I had these symptoms. Nothing seemed to work but I will try the supplements you are recommending in this video.

Dr. Bond, thank you for this information 🙏 I just ordered all these supplements and will follow your instructions to take them. My only doubt is about the dosage of the following supplements: Omega 3 Flax (6,000mg - 12,000mg a day?) Omega 3 Fish (6,000mg - 12,000mg a day?) GH3 (twice a day but what dosage would you recommend?) Phosphatidylserine (once a day at bedtime but what dosage would you recommend?) Tryptophan (once a day at bedtime but what dosage would you recommend?) Again, thank you for sharing your knowledge about this problem. I have seen multiple dermatologists and they have never mentioned substance P as a possible cause to my scalp burning sensation 😞

Hi Luiz, let me say beforehand that you should always check with your physician before adding any nutrients or supplements, especially if you have any pre-existing conditions. I am not aware of any interactions whatsoever with these but it's a good idea to check just to be safe. Your doc knows your health situation best. With that said here is what I recommend: Both oils 3-6000mg a day. One capsule of the Phosphatidylserine at bedtime. 500mg of Tryptphan at bedtime. Thank you again for watching.
