I like her! A most refreshing contrast to the glut of often poorly-researched, ill-informed, uncomprehending/dim-witted reaction content by creators from...err...certain other nations..... 😅 I see you haven't reacted to any videos by Johnny from Germany yet, who recently returned from 2 years in Australia and NZ and plans to be back soon. He's a really great guy and I can highly recommend you explore his content, I think you'll really like him: www.youtube.com/@chaotictraveller

Hmm, Tassie does have a few imperfections, I can’t see myself choosing Tassie over Victoria as a place to live- great place to visit, not necessarily the best place to live - I prefer Bendigo with its endless sunshine! Yep, why does Canberra have different laws!!???

Well, the Brazilians built their capital in the jungle, the Americans built their capital on a swamp, ...and the Dutch....built half their country below sea level 😆😆 so who is weird? This Dutchie should have done a capital city train station comparison. Then she could have compared the (multiple) grand stations of her European capitals and compared it with Canberra railway station which is a village railway station suitable for Thomas the Tank Engine. 😄😄

Agree with her on the petrol prices and the radio ads (which I don't like). The radio ads are only recent aren't they and did they originate from America? Also, another European opinion on Australia is Helena Nistra Vlogs. She is Polish and she did a video about two years ago '15 surprising things about Australia' - which is my favourite Australia opinion video.

Every time I hear them referring to “candy bars”, my brain automatically classifies their chocolates as being more sugar than good quality chocolate- crazy, but it’s just that whole cultural/ language difference!

And Canberra has beaches taken from the coast as well. Jervis Bay. Also yes, it is 'sterile' or 'perfect'. I have been but not for years. it snowed and was freezing and I was not prepared for that coming from QLD. Foolish i know but I was a teenager. They make jokes about us up here too. 😂

Last time I went there it was freezing cold & wet - I ended up in bed with the electric blanket on trying to warm up & recover from an asthma attack which was triggered by the weather - it was probably on par with Tassie winter weather, but after several years in Bendigo, I had forgotten what “cold” really was like & didn’t take enough layers with me…..
